My experience with Diverse Diagnostics has been fantastic. From pre appointment information through to ADHD assessment and diagnosis, the whole process has been efficient and seamless.

I found the staff knowledgeable and super helpful. I found Michaela particularly helpful, she was transparent, patient and professional throughout. Thank you Michaela.

I recently spoke with Jennifer Clark via telephone call and e-mail and she is incredibly helpful and so kind. I came off the call feeling a huge sense of relief and felt like finally somebody understood. She very quickly got my daughter booked in for her assessements. Highly reccomend Jennifer if you have any questions, she is a pleasure to talk to.

Great help finding out about perspectives, was able to help ask things I wouldn't have thought to ask and very understanding and expansive, no judgement or anything to make feel uncomfortable, been meaning to get assessed for years but didn't know where to go, was recommended to try this crowd and was the best decision I made and would recommend to anyone, went above and beyond even when you ask them questions and they are very reassuring.

They’re very popular and busy but they always try their best to accommodate!

From my initial call I was impressed with their professionalism and care. Everything was well explained especially the costs involved. Dr Coates was excellent with my 13 year old daughter. It was a very thorough consultation. I have already recommended this company to a friend.

Rebekah was extremely helpful at sorting out appointments. She looked into times available to ensure it was the next available time I was given. I then had to reschedule and again she was very attentive to ensure I could get another appointment quickly. Rebekah was very clear in explaining what needed to happen before the appointment and also had a lovely, friendly manner. I found her extremely helpful.

I had a telephone appointment with Toni and she couldn’t have been any more lovely and supportive to me.

I was very overwhelmed on the call when speaking about the possibility of an ADHD and autism diagnosis and she re-assured me and validated my feelings. Having someone so friendly to speak to and also very knowledgable was great.

I was booked in for an appointment very quickly and will hopefully have my diagnosis in the next few weeks.

I also called about a separate issue and the woman on the phone was very professional and helpful.

Michaela was very friendly and helpful and made everything easy ahead of my assessment appointment

On more than one occasion I've had incorrect prescriptions, delays, poor communication, and had to contend with errors which I've had compensate for by pursuing the admin staff to have rectified.

To be fair some aspects have improved, particularly communication, but still quite lacking in a lot of respects.

Conversely, every appointment I've had with the doctors or nurses has been pleasant and I think my care has been taken seriously by them.

The team at Diverse Diagnostics are competent, professional, courteous and timely in each interaction I’ve had while using their services.

They are very kind and polite on the phone and are very understanding of whatever struggles you are facing and are good at making it feel like a very safe environment where no judgement is being passed on.

Diagnosis process was very thorough. Everyone I've interacted with has been amazing! Very highly recommend considering them if you are seeking a potential diagnosis.
