Just excellent!
The communication is excellent. The reminders are clear and it was a process that was straight forward and not overwhelming. I had heard a lot of stories about people going through the diagnosis phase. Once the process began it was fairly quick. Options for treatment were discussed and I went with medication and for me has been a bit of a game changer, really good experience!

I had a really positive experience during my assessment with Vicky. The whole process felt straightforward and well-paced, and everything was clearly explained.
Vicky was very thorough and took the time to revisit questions if I didn’t fully understand them, which I really appreciated. She was also very personable, which made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the session.
Receiving the diagnosis at the end felt like a real light bulb moment, and it was helpful to leave with that clarity after the assessment.
I’ll be following up soon regarding next steps and the treatment plan. Thank you again, Vicky!

I had an adhd assessment today and the interviewer was very nice and friendly. I felt comfortable to answer her questions and the meeting didn’t feel like it was an hour long. I now have new medication which she explained very clearly.

The woman that I spoke with was very calm very understanding and she was able to help me through the assessment as I have anxiety and depression and was very nervous to have the meeting but she was patient with me although I could of been about flustering and annoying

Brilliant experience
Myself and my 14yr old daughter had a teams assessment with Emma Cottam. From the outset, Emma was brilliant with Scarlett and we were on a call for 2 1/2 hrs. We both found the whole experience really helpful and positive. Can't thank Emma enough. Worth the wait.
