Throughout each step of the entire process of having my interviews, receiving a diagnosis and being given a prescription, the staff had been excellent in all ways. They were extremely patient and considerate, consistently answered all of my questions and concerns in detail, and overall did a great job at giving a thorough overview and explanations of each step whenever I was confused. They made what at first seemed like a daunting task, significantly easier to follow and deal with. The staff have been and continue to be a pleasure to work with and it is clear to see the effort and care they put in to give the best experience possible! I can’t recommend enough! I would also like to extend my heartfelt thanks to any staff that may read this, thanks for doing what you do <3

I used diverse diagnostics for my daughter’s adhd assessment. The admin team were very helpful and prompt at getting us an appt with dr Basra who was lovely.
Her diagnosis took 4 weeks from start to finish.
Medication reviews are always very good and they send detailed letters of updates to gp and myself.
I’d recommend diverse diagnostics to anyone looking for help with neurodiverse diagnostics. In fact I regularly recommend them on Facebook when I see posts from parents needing help with their children. I’d no problem getting my daughter on the camhs waiting list after diagnosis and I’m lucky to have a go that does shared care so we only pay for reviews and not meds as well.

I’d advise people thinking about going diverse diagnostics to ask go if they facilitate shared care before booking so you know exactly what the costs will be.

Rebekah was very nice and polite. She responded quickly to my emails. She let me know some feedback, without making any absolute assertions, about what I was saying which is good. I thought I might not get any feedback at all today because it is early in process but it is good to get some and not have to wait. It has been made clear to me a lot of times that I can contact at any time with any questions which is good.

At 46 I have been struggling for many years or as long as I can remember. Never perused anything as I thought I was just different, and always had to work harder to achieve things than others. Working in a very senior role in the NHS things were becoming more challenging and I found myself unable to mask like previous and sadly found myself burning out, due to the personal cost of overworking, over preparing things just got too much. I attended my GP and took sometime of work for the first time in over 20 years. I asked my GP to refer to local MH services for an ADHD assessment of which he was reluctant to do. Eventually he agreed but I was declined and advised that I should attend my Local OH services (still not clear why as they are not a diagnostic service) at this point I felt lost and let down and very unsupported. I done some research into private assessments which was a minefield. Came across Diverse Diagnostics and I’m so glad I did. From the user friendly website to the excellent service at free 15 min pre screening consultation all the way though to the assessment with Dr Alan Cross and medication appointment with Kelly Warnock. Both of these staff were and have been amazing. I was very nervous because of my age and my profession. I had so many thoughts and feelings about how I would be perceived, and I had no reason too. Dr Cross was honestly amazing, kind, supportive and understanding. At the end when the diagnosis was given I felt so validated, emotional and Dr Cross was so good at making me feel better. I received my report at the two week mark which was helpful and easy to read and understand. My medication appointment with Nurse Kelly Warnock was equally supportive and understanding. There was no sense of pushing down one Particular route and very informative and supportive. We agreed on the best course of medication to take and I received my medication very fast 3 days later.
I honestly couldn’t fault this company and any of the staff that work there, even anytime
I called for advice or updates they were all so amazing. My next battle will be to get my GP to take over shared care which I’m not looking forward too! To anyone who is considering assessment please seriously consider this company as you will not regret it! Absolutely Amazing team and service

So far we are nearly finished the assessment process for my daughter. I can't thank the Diverse Diagnostics team enough for their support and kindness. Deianira, Tyson and Dr Kiran have put us all at ease throughout each stage. I would highly recommend.

Straight forward but really supportive too I searched a lot of organisations and this was the best choice

The follow up care from Cara has been outstanding, she is so very helpful and always hears you out and strives to help.

My second call with Dr Imran was fantastic, she is so knowledgeable and was very empathetic and caring to my situation which is exactly what I need as it’s far from straight forward.

On Saturday my grandson was booked in 12.30pm at London office. Only unfortunately our train was delayed 2hrs, meaning we would miss this appointment. Thankfully Diverse diagnostics were available on the phone and able to quickly help us and move the appointment to 3.30pm that day. Thank you so much for helping us.

Just so relieved to have someone listen to how I felt and take my concerns about a potential diagnosis seriously. They ensure they are with you each step of the process so you always feel supported

All staff seemed well informed and answered all questions I had. Staff were professional throughout the entire experience. Only downside to this was the cost. As it was so expensive I unfortunately felt I couldn’t compete the entire process. But if not for the cost I would have completed all assessments as I was happy with how everything ran and with everything I was being told.

The company is professional, the staff are personable and empathetic. I had one enquiry that needed something corrected, they took ownership and immediately fixed it, along with acknowledgement of the issue and how they would prevent a repeat. Things will often go wrong in any business, I like to see how a business handles that. Diverse Diagnostics have shown themselves more than capable on both sides.

I had a really positive experience with Diverse Diagnostics while going through my ADHD assessment and support process. The team were very understanding, supportive, and professional throughout. They took the time to clearly explain each step of the process and made sure I knew what to expect next, which made everything feel much less overwhelming.

I also really appreciated how they signposted other places and resources for additional support. The staff were patient, approachable, and genuinely helpful. I’m very grateful for the support they provided and would definitely recommend their service to anyone seeking help with ADHD.

on an individual basis, everyone i’ve had the pleasure of speaking to has been really kind and lovely. my nurse prescriber/consultant is so lovely and i’ve not experienced any anxiety around reviews. my initial diagnosis process was a little bumpy as i had to keep pushing my date forward because the service is genuinely just too expensive for what it is but unfortunately thats just life. on my first appointment the doctor assessing me ended up being unavailable, which meant it was pushed forward again. prescribing process, again very expensive but laura is a geg so i hope she’s gets to take the bag home with her x also, switched to e-prescription thinking it would be quicker, however it currently seems to be otherwise but this is a problem with a different provider so i don’t particularly believe that reflects on diverse diagnostics because its a new service. all in all, if you can afford it i highly recommend, but there are likely cheaper alternatives if you’re struggling in that department:)
