What an absolutely appalling site.
I paid for anydvd extras, good for 10 computers and failed to get it on a second laptop.
I tried contacting them and they refused both my valid email addresses, I tried CHAT and it is everything infantile but no Chat. The dumb bots tried to put rubbish on my laptop, but I stopped them. Is the site run by Nigerian scammers?

Ich habe monatelang einen Automatisierungsworkflow aufgebaut — und Discord hat durch eine unnötige Bot-Protection alle meine Integrationen lahmgelegt. Offenbar geht es dabei nicht um Sicherheit für Nutzer, sondern um Politik, die Entwickler und Automatisierer völlig ignoriert. Resultat: Tools funktionieren nicht mehr, Produktivität geht flöten, und Support verweist nur auf generische Richtlinien. Für alle, die Discord professionell nutzen oder Automatisierungen brauchen: Finger weg, bis hier klare, faire Lösungen implementiert werden. Wechselt lieber zu Slack!

"I’ve tried to get my account deleted on Discord because the login doesn’t work even with the correct information and my account got hacked too. They don’t understand anything. They just send 'updates' to my email with no actual content. Worst place I’ve ever been. They said it would take a month to delete an account, which is ridiculous to begin with. Now, 3 months later, it’s still not deleted. If you can’t figure out how to press a few buttons to delete an account, you should find something else to do. 0 stars!"

Absolute garbage, Cant help. I cant even enter my profile because there is some king of a 24h wait period if u dont click on your verification email fast enough .. Cant enter it and cant use the xpensive course i paid for due to that. TOTAL crapperoni

I got this email because I contacted the discord ticket system and I got hacked

Specifically, an unauthorized party gained limited access to a third-party customer service system used by Discord. We have confirmed that some of your personal data associated with your contact with our Customer Support or Trust & Safety teams was exposed in this incident.
This may include:

Your name, Discord username, email and other contact details if you provided them
Limited payment information, including payment type, last four digits of your credit card, and purchase history if associated with your account
IP addresses
Messages and attachments sent to our Customer Support or Trust & Safety agents

I only got notified 4th october.
Did not receive any compensation for loss of data.

They also did not resolve the bug that I contacted them for that is related to having a Samsung keyboard and tablet and SwiftKey as floating keyboard. Where the chat is half covered by navigation bar.

Third class app,they keep banning account for no reason

They ignored my reply from support ticket and I already got my problem fixed without them helping me

everything is good.

They make you give your ID even if you are not from the UK. Bad customer support, ignored my messages.

Ich würde am liebsten NULL Sterne geben, die Plattform ist nur am hängen, es funktioniert nichts, ständig sucht es nach Updates die nicht vorhanden sind. Ich musste es 5 mal löschen und meinen PC der High End ist 3 mal starten, bis diese App ging.

support is non-existent, if your account gets hacked through one of the many vulnerabilities say goodbye to it. As such if you have an account, use it with the knowledge that any day now a stranger can get access to all your private chats. and pictures. Besides that, the windows, mac, android phone and apple phones apps are all riddled with bugs. Only upside is, the one who does the animations does great work.

they have a fake discord server filled with 33k members and fake proofs used to scam you. lost a 70$ item instantly got banned from the discord and blocked.

I joined a server that claimed to offer discounts on V-Bucks. I followed the instructions provided to make a purchase and ended up getting scammed. I searched the server thoroughly for a way to report it, but the only available option was to report individual user profiles which only gives you the option to report just that; their profile.

I then submitted a support ticket through the “Help” tab to alert Discord about this server which has over 16,000 followers. I included screenshots and detailed evidence even showing how my gift card that I was promted to buy was redeemed and I had no product. However, their response was disappointing. They told me the only action I could take was to report an abusive message, and if I was a victim of fraud, I would need to contact law enforcement.

They also stated: “Please note we're unable to use screenshots, bot logs, off-platform information, or attachments to verify content... This ticket will now be closed.”

I submitted the report not just for myself, but to have the server shut down to prevent others from falling victim to the same scam. Discord’s refusal to investigate or take action against a server actively defrauding users is unacceptable.

Discord è diventato troppo caotico. Troppa pubblicità, troppe notifiche. Prima era meglio. Non lo consiglio più.

Discord: Delusione. L'interfaccia è confusa, spesso lagga e il supporto clienti è inesistente. Non lo consiglio.
