Entreprise vraiment mauvaise. J'ai voulu demander un remboursement mais on me dit que je ne peux pas être remboursé car j'ai activé une offre promotionnelle. Sauf que j'ai juste voulu voir ce qu'il y avait, je ne suis pas joueur, même sur console non plus. Simplement d'être curieux. Juste pour ça, elle ne veut pas que je sois remboursé. Une entreprise qui n'en a rien à faire de ses clients. À FUIR.

My account was compromised, and Discord caught the hacker and froze the profile. However, right before getting booted, the hacker deleted my fingerprint passkey and turned on 2FA. Because Discord's rigid policy stops support agents from removing 2FA locks, I am permanently locked out. Forcing victims to lose their accounts because a hacker changed the settings is terrible design. Discord needs a rollback system for fraud. Stop punishing the victims of cyberattacks!

I just LOST my mind. I got my account hacked, it was sending messages I did not send. I wanted to simply change the password and crack on, but changing the password was so needlessly f-ing complicated, and it spins you in so many circles on their help site, making you read through idiotic articles that I just lost it. The UI is also overly complicated, not intuitive at all. I don't really use discord that much so this was such a waste of my time and so not worth the trouble, I ended up deleting my account. If you don't remember you old password which realistically no one does because we are all logged in to all our accounts all the time, it is a nightmare to change it.

I have been trying for months to get a verification code for my account so I can login. I purchased a esim with a real phone number and could not login. I tried to create a new account with new info and the same result. Then I thought maybe it is because I have a VPN and I turned it off. Now I am banned.
If you cannot login you cannot write a support ticket. There is no email for support that doesn't bounce.
I am spending $120/year just so I can verify this account. I have zero cell service and must use WiFi Calling. I am suffering denial of service. My bank does verification over VOIP. Glad I do not pay for any discord extras.

Discord sign up never works. One has to pass a human test 100 times and even then does not get through. Support does not help

There is little that needs to be said to convey just how willfully scummy they are

1: Everything transmitted through them is in plain, ready to read/watch format, there is zero encryption, so quite literally any discord employee with access to their servers can read your chats, listen to your calls, can access your entire history, meaning this method of communication is less secure than opening your window and screaming between yourself and your neighbour.

2: They admit to the above, with the CEO openly stating about the readily accessible format they store your data in, yet they do nothing positive with it, there are hundreds, potentially thousands of cases of pdf files using the platform to groom minors, all of which was watched and by extension enabled by discord staff, who could very easily have passed the chat logs onto authorities because as mentioned, the platform makes no promises of end to end encryption so they wouldn't be violating any terms or laws doing so.

3: Whilst prying and enabling pedophilia, they do use their snooping to target the demographic who don't cause any harm. They arbitrarily ban gmail linked accounts, arbitrarily forced mobile phone linking to account recovery and now in certain parts of the world require photo id. I can think of few things less moronic than a company who admit to storing everything about you in readily accessible format asking you to give them your government ID, what could possibly go wrong by giving your email, phone number, real name and photo ID to be stored in easy to open formats on servers for a company that is routinely hacked?

Wollte mich zum allerersten mal anmelden, wurde jedoch einfach aus Discord rausgeschmissen und mein Account wurde deaktiviert. So funktioniert also Discord, Interessant. Auch habe ich keine E-Mail bekommen wo ein Grund für die deaktivierung genannt wurde. Ich werde wohl doch kein Discord benutzen! Es gibt genügend alternativen die solch eine intransparente Plattform wie Discord ersetzen.

Discord has the worst customer service. I cant get an email verification on my account and they keep giving me tips how to fix it and im telling them to just send me a email verification. THEY TELL ME ITS AN AUTOMATED SYSTEM THEY CANT HELP ME! How can you tell me all im asking for is help getting an email and u cant because its automated? They still havent helped me.

Ich versuche nun seit zwei Tagen vergeblich, meine E-Mail-Adresse bei Discord zu ändern. Der Prozess ist offensichtlich komplett fehlerhaft: Ich bekomme den ersten Verifizierungscode, gebe meine neue Adresse sowie mein Passwort ein. Im nächsten Schritt wird mir dann angezeigt, dass eine Bestätigungsmail an meine alte Adresse gesendet wurde. Das ist aber definitiv nicht der Fall – auch im Spam-Ordner landet absolut nichts.

Wenn man das Ganze dann dreimal versucht hat, bekommt man zur Krönung die Nachricht, dass das Limit erreicht wurde, und wird blockiert. Wir schreiben das Jahr 2026, da sollte die simple Anpassung einer E-Mail-Adresse wirklich kein Problem mehr darstellen. Das ist ein absolutes Armutszeugnis für Discord. Da fragt man sich ernsthaft, was die QA-Abteilung des Unternehmens eigentlich beruflich macht.

I subscribed to Discord Nitro last month. The SMS verification code is never delivered to my phone — no error shown, no message received, nothing. As a result I cannot send messages or participate in most servers I am in because they require phone verification.

I opened a support ticket (#66014166) and contacted support 6 times over multiple days. Every single response was the exact same scripted reply: "your number is not eligible, we cannot offer an alternative." No explanation. No reason. No workaround. No escalation. On my second ticket they did the same thing.

I am paying for a subscription to a communication platform where I cannot communicate. When I asked why my number is ineligible, they refused to answer. When I asked for an alternative verification method, they said none exists. When I asked for a supervisor, they went silent.

This is not customer support. This is a company collecting money and hiding behind scripted responses when something goes wrong. I will be filing a chargeback with my bank for failure to deliver the service I paid for.

I am beyond frustrated and deeply hurt by how Discord treats its loyal users. My account (@temanggung) was abruptly disabled under a 100% FALSE accusation of a "financial scam". I have NEVER participated in any fraudulent activity, and it is incredibly insulting to be accused of such a thing and then completely shut out.

The worst part is the absolute lack of human support. I have submitted 6 official appeals, and every single one was instantly rejected by their automated bot (Clyde). Not a single human being has looked at the context, read my defense, or checked the false evidence. What is the point of an appeal system if it's just a bot auto-rejecting everything?

I am so desperate that I’ve had to file an official BBB complaint and reach out on X (Twitter) just to force a real Trust & Safety agent to look at my case. Discord, your AI moderation is broken and it is destroying real communities. Stop hiding behind bots and fix this unfair suspension!

It's no longer social app anymore, it's AI manure pollution generator. Somebody, please report the bot NotSoBot, because it abusively harmfully makes unacceptable content using image modification features using AI, to get whole bot down from platform globally

I joined the server called The Club, now I regret it so left. One of the members became a granparent to quads. But other members instantly labelled them a liar. As Doctor Google told them otherwise and biologically impossible. Harassment and bullying has since then become normal, even though that person has left the server. Little do they know a very good friend is a leading obstetrician, was told it is possible even with quints. For all babies to be of good weight at birth, it depends on birth mothers weight, height and weight among many other things. But still even today they have carried on attacking this person, just because they are not there to see it! This server needs shutting down asap, as it's just a cover for bullying! Nothing else, oh yes and foul language and smut too.

This has got to be the worst platform ever it's a joke, my account was falsely flagged and was permanently suspended before and because I had 11 days left of nitro I didn't get I decided to dispute through my bank and I won but during the time discord recognized the error and unlifted it only to within a few minutes of logging in resuspend me for fraud lmao.

I'd stay away from these guys they are shady they expect you to fund for a garbage platform that is practically run by AI that doesn't know anything, you'll likely get falsely suspended and the only way to get back your money would be to contact the bank.

Total crap shite site. Joined one of the chat communities called The Club. Which is basically a men hating community in disguise. The host are biased and give gifts to the ones they class as mates. They did a thing called "Chatty "Chapters" that was basically soft porn just in disguise, which was vulgar and disgusting. The games id give 1/10 as they are just a rip off of app games. The whole thing needs shutting down and for good!

Dopo qualche giorno d'utilizzo l'app mi hanno bloccato l'accesso dicendo che ho violato le regole per spam. Cercando di capire cosa ho fatto di sbagliato, ricevevo sempre le risposte di Bot senza spiegazioni formali e uguali. Nonostante che nel messaggio è indicato che la punizione verra applicata solo per 1 giorno, ormai sono passati 5 giorni e l'accesso è ancora limitato. Insomma non so cosa ho fatto per violare, non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta idonea alle mie richieste, non posso usare il mio account adesso e non lo so quando lo potrò usufruire in futuro. La pessima assistenza che io mai ricevuto. Mi dispiace per il mio tempo perso in fare le richieste a loro assistenza per capire il motivo di questa punizione. Ho già eliminato un account di Discord sempre per il sopraindicato motivo,e lo faccio pure con il secondo. A che serve l'app che non puoi utilizare. Menomale che ci sono altre piattaforme che funzionano mokto meglio.

It is terrifying to be hacked on this platform and have someone start acting as you, spamming friends and unblocking the account that infected you right before your eyes. The hacker demanded $500 after showing me a list of my emails and passwords, images of my account offering to sell porn, etc. I refused, reported the offending account's threats, and thought that was the end of it once I'd kicked out their remote login, changed passwords, and wiped my PC. Not so! Discord disabled my account. Because it is disabled, I cannot use SMS verification to remove it, the only option I used prior to this event. I was told I needed to login to appeal being disabled, but I cannot begin the appeal process without being able to login. It's a chicken-and-egg problem that needs compassionate human intervention.

Hackers are now using AI to read the messages of hacked accounts and respond as them to other people on their friend's list. They establish trust and then pounce. It is humiliating and traumatic.

Do not pay this platform for Nitro until they improve Support and moderation!
