⭐ 1/5 – Unethical Auto-Renewal & No Support

DeskTime renewed our annual subscription without consent and charged Rs 1,23,199, up from our previous price of Rs 73,920 — a 67% increase with no notice.

We contacted their support for a refund or price adjustment, but they refused without any valid explanation.

This is unethical billing, and the lack of accountability is unacceptable. Would not recommend DeskTime to any business that values transparency or fair customer service.

Good piece of time tracking software

Good piece of software for tracking my projects as a self-employed person. Only missing a few bits of useful functionality but I can't complain about the ease of use, value for money and set up for tracking the time I spent on different bits of work.
