Easy to set up and easy employee adoption.

Very pathetic service and staff has no manners at all, not going to recommend anyone.

Monitask has been a great help for tracking our remote team's productivity. The time tracking and screenshot features work smoothly. It's simple to set up and doesn't require training. Highly recommended for small teams managing freelancers.

I signed up for the trial but wasn’t able to use the service. When I tried to unsubscribe, there was no clear option to do so. I contacted their online chat team, but they only seem responsive if you’re already a paying customer. Be cautious — it’s difficult to cancel, and your free trial might automatically turn into a paid subscription.

I initially wanted to track just one employee, but they included me in the billing too. When I reached out to customer service, they told me I could remove myself after the free trial — but by then, I would already be charged for the first month. Very shady practice.

Luckily, I managed to remove myself by clicking a few buttons and, thanks to what seemed like a bug, avoided getting charged. It feels like they intentionally design things to make extra money off unsuspecting users. I’m very disappointed with companies that don’t offer easy account closure and whose support teams aren’t prompt or helpful.

Just liked that cheap and easy service provides full support. We have a small team and it is not profitable for us to use large complex systems. And here everything is simple and fast as it went to work and quite helpful - you can see who did what and how much. Good service, technical support is cool.

Great, easy-to-use product. We use it to monitor productivity of our employees and it works well.
