After registration I got daily calls from an indian callcenter, even after blocking the number and delation of my account, the person on the phone wants to talk about productivity software and time tracking. Thank you but no!

I'm much more focused with my time, and I started charging higher prices in my business since I started using Timecamp. Running reports and seeing how much time I spent on projects helped me realize where I needed to create more efficiencies in my business. It also showed me that my prices weren't aligned with the amount of time I was spending on my projects, so I needed to raise my prices! This tool has really helped me improve the way I run my business.

Great for anyone who works in a service-based industry / role and needs an effective time management tool. Easy to use, especially if you have multiple projects on the go. I'm a freelancer and TimeCamp helps me stay organized and accountable!

I've been using TimeCamp for around 6 years. I can say that it's a good tool for tracking your time, but it's more than that - it helps me balance my work with my personal life. TimeCamp has everything I need, it's easy to use, comprehensive and very stable.

It's like a partner to me -:the only tab that I never close in my browser. I can trust that TimeCamp is doing its job, allowing me to focus in mine. Every week, I check my working hours with the analysis tools TimeCamp has, and set limits to enjoy with my family, my wife, my son, and my friends.

Good Service, every minute I am on the track

I have been using timecamp since 2017 to track my time on various tasks. The reports (and especially the API) have allowed to automate a bunch of year end reports that I have to complete.

The website is very good but does occasionally cause me a glitch where I have to refresh...this happens maybe 2 times per week. The mobile app on the other hand works very well.

The recent addition of the 'tags' has helped me categorize work even more.

I've been using TimeCamp for a few years now and I've been very happy with it. The website is very user friendly and easy to track my time for multiple clients. The newest iPhone app works but it's not as user friendly as the previous versions were. I'm still getting used to it, but I'm finding that it takes a lot more clicks to start the tracking. I'm usually driving when I need to start/change an entry so I'm having to wait until I'm stopped to make the updates. It would be nice to see a list of clients that if I click their name it would start tracking right away.

One thing I'd add is their customer service is very good. If I have any issues or requests they are quick to respond. I do plan to reach out to them regarding the mobile app and I'm sure they'll listen to my concerns. Recommended...

Timecamp is my goto platform for time management. I work with quite a few clients where I need to track my time and timecamp has been a lifesaver. So easy to use and it has some really great features such as notifications when a timer is left running for an extended period of time, it syncs with my email account so I can start the timer right from my email account and the reports are great! Highly recommend.

The timecamp team keeps up to date with glitches, they do regular maintenance and I've NEVER had an issue with timecamp losing my hours. The new starring feature is also amazing. Thanks TimeCamp!

I've used Timecamp for a number of years both working in a company and as a freelancer. It's really clear, simple and intuituve. The calendar view is particularly great.

J'ai pu mesurer comme certaines missions étaient chronophages (et le prouver à mes clients) et justifier ainsi une hausse de mes tarifs. Merci TimeCamp !

I've been using the app for probably over 5 years. Mostly for personal use and it has been a great experience. I've seen the app improvements over the years and even by using the free version of the app I can say that I'm quite satisfied. The mobile version is nice too, simple and user friendly.

I've been using TimeCamp for a short while now, and overall, I'm fairly satisfied. The price reflects the quality of the product, and I see a lot of potential in it. However, it still feels far from being a complete solution that I would recommend to everyone.

There are quite a few bugs, and the navigation has some serious issues. The biggest drawback is the customer service—most of the time, they simply respond to my questions without offering any real solutions or making an effort to move the issue forward.

I might continue using it until I find a similar or better product. Overall, if you're a freelancer, it's good enough for tracking your projects and billing clients.

I have wasted my time and have been using their desktop app for almost a year now, I was very satisfied with the reports they were giving me on the management of my own time and kept saying that their solo free forever plan with no billing or "professional" features would still allow you to see in which apps you spent most of your time.

They even still have that as an argument over why you should pick them over the competition, and it's still currently on their "pricing page".

However to my surprise, they silently removed all the good features from solo (the free plan), limiting your access to your own tracking data to an unreadable timesheet that provides absolutely no insight to where your time is spent... With no way to even see the reports you had seen in the past, making all your past and future data completely useless...

After confirmation from their customer support about the silent feature cut I have now moved to Toggl instead. Let's hope they have some respect for their future customers at least...

None of your great qualities matters if you fail to keep your word. I have had members disappear from the team, time tracking records vanish and data get lost. Worst of all, when moving a team member into the team we lost all her time-tracking data - something you explicitly state in your message would not happen. These are fundamental issues. Having said all of this, i still choose to use the platform as i think it is brilliant when it works. It integrates straight into Trello and Xero and helps me manage my teams' performance as well as invoice clients.
