Never work with these people
I asked Deliverback to send me a parcel. What would take one day has taken 5 weeks.
The reason? It mistakenly sent my package to the UK. That can happen.
It apologised and said it was doing everything it could to get my parcel back, I believed them until the person that mistakenly received my parcel told me Deliverback was not helpful at all and had no intention to get my parcel back. I got the same message from another person too.
At the end I got it back but that was only because I lost a lot of time getting them to do their job.
Needless to say I will never ever call on its services again.

Deliver back een tussenpersoon dat geld vraagt om te zoeken, als u op de officiele site gaat van brusselsairport moet u enkel betalen om deze te laten leveren, maar zoeken of afhalen is helemaal gratis

It’s not possible to give zero stars which is what they actually deserve. Think twice before you use them. I forgot my iPad in the plane. Gave this company the airline name, flight- and seat number. Paid more than 40 Euros for checking if my iPad has been found. After 4 days I get a message that the”team” is still searching. If I wanted to provide more information about the item. This email was so generic. What further information do you need than airline, flight and seat number. All it would have taken is to contact Lufthansa and check if the cleaners have handed over the iPad. And they tell me after 4 days that the will continue to search for it. What a service? That’s really value for money. I am so disappointed.

Bezahlt – aber keine erkennbare Leistung erhalten
Ich habe Deliverback mit der Suche nach meinem verschwundenen Koffer beauftragt und zusätzlich alle kostenpflichtigen Zusatzleistungen gebucht, darunter die priorisierte Sofortbearbeitung sowie die wiederholte Suche über einen längeren Zeitraum.
Inzwischen ist fast eine Woche vergangen. Bis heute habe ich weder eine einzige inhaltliche Rückmeldung zum Bearbeitungsstand erhalten noch wurden meine Nachfragen beantwortet. Darüber hinaus ist für mich keinerlei Aktivität oder Leistung erkennbar – weder im Rahmen des eigentlichen Auftrags noch der zusätzlich bezahlten Services.
Ich habe für eine Dienstleistung bezahlt, ohne dass für mich bis heute irgendeine Leistung oder Bearbeitung erkennbar ist. Deshalb werde ich ein Chargeback-Verfahren über meine Kreditkarte einleiten. Nach meiner persönlichen Erfahrung kann ich nur dringend davon abraten, diesen Service in Anspruch zu nehmen.

I got a response from Delieverback right away - after 5 minutes. The next morning, I received another message saying they were looking for the tablet. It was incredibly reassuring and nice to realize that these people really care. In the meantime, I kept getting updates and finally, after a few days, I got confirmation that my tablet was found and would be sent to me. That happened today (July 2). I am incredibly happy and extremely grateful to the people at Delieverback. I’m sure this is very special and extraordinary and not something that happens every day. THANK YOU
Knights in shining armor
This was the first time ever I left something in the airplane and I was so devastated and already mentally coming to terms with the loss of my item. But behold. As someone that has used a lot of services around the world I have seen the good, the bad, and the ugly. And then I worked with Deliverback. The process is easy, follow up is personalized, I got my Ipad back in no time (2 days!). Everything was handled for me with the utmost care, speed and attention. I wish these guys could give master classes in customer service. Almost, but not, I want to lose another item to work with them again. If you are in distress worry not - they got you!

While boarding I filled in the request form and since then the experience has been faultless. Informed of the whole process and recieved back the ring via DHL today. All I can say is a big thank you as saved me a lot of hassle to get a new one! Great overall service.
Oplichters....kunnen niet vanaf Cyrpus versturen
We zijn een portemonnee verloren op airport Larnaca op Cyprus. Ik heb deliverback ingeschakeld en 25 euro betaald om te zoeken. De portemonnee was echter al gevonden door de politie. Dit heb ik doorgegeven aan deliverback en voile....WE hebben de portemonnee gevonden. Dat is mooi, dachten nu kunnen we het laten versturen door deliverback want dat claimen ze. Echter krijg je dan een mail dat ze niet vanaf Cyprus versturen dus of we zelf het willen komen halen of een koerier gaan inschakelen.....echt oplichting dit.....shame on deliverback. Wel geld vangen en meer niet meer doen. Ook geen antwoord meer geven op vragen die we stellen
JUST DONT
I forgot my keys and head phones in Spain. I sent my headphones normally but wanted extra support for my keys cause it’s got my wallet and ID In there. I hired them 2 weeks ago. Paid for expedited shipping and priority support. I don’t even have an estimated delivery date yet. I contacted them a week later asking for an update they lied and attempted to shift blame saying I filled out the email for the hotel wrong. I know they lied cause I remained in contact with the hotel and they told me they reached out hours after I paid and just never followed up. Finally get the keys picked up another week goes by and fedex hasn’t provided a delivery date just sitting in their warehouse. I ask them to reach out explaining I’m frustrated that I paid extra for support and that I need them to reach out to fedex. I’m abroad it cost a bunch to make international calls. They ignore my email. I reach out to fed ex myself. Fed ex says they didn’t fill out the customs paper work and can they send it to me? At this point I’ve paid 500$ to replace keys and IDs and The items I sent myself have arrived since last week… absolutely no worth a dime…
Deliverback took my money and will not communicate or help
Despite having paid deliverback a significant amount of money plus extra for priority treatment, there has been no progress on my case, and I have only been able to talk to their AI agents. Their AI will not let me speak to a human. AI answers their emails and their chats. Now the AI wants me to pay almost three time the original quoted shipping cost--but cannot confirm that it actually has found the item I need shipped.
Beware of paying costs upfront
Logged lost item 6 days ago and have had no updates or communication outside of confirmation they had received my request.
I updated them 4/5 days after logging the request to advise item was found and advised I wished for delivery fee to be refunded. There has been no response to this request almost 48hrs later. I am happy to pay the 9.99 admin fee as agreed even though I don’t feel there was any value in engaging this company. Would not use again or recommend.

My experience using this service was faultless. From the moment the process started I was given regular updates to the progress of my items carriage back to me. The communication was excellent and I was very reassured that I would receive my item in a reasonable time.
I was able to track the item’s journey and was constantly updated with its current location and given an accurate date and time of when the delivery was expected.
Highly recommended.
You must trust them
You must trust them ! I left my iPhone on a flight from Mykonos to Athens on may 18. They have shipped it to Italy and my phone is arriving today with DHL.
Mr. George was very kind, only some problems due to AI automatic mails responses but if you talk to one of them they will provide you the right solution.

Deliveriback defenitly makes the difference and looks for the best to help travelers to get back our lost items worldwide. They confirmed having found a lost lapptop in Pekin Airport!
My only suggestion would be to be more clear on which countries or airports they do or do not provide service at, in order to prevent spending time looking for something that they cannot organise return back.
Paid for a service I never received
Paid for a service I never received, no feedback, no report, and no follow up 10 day later report. Absolute joke of a service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Probably the worst service Ive ever experienced. Is it too much to honor your promise of a follow u report? Absolutely disgusted with this "service"!

I received my lost item 2 weeks after leaving it in a security tray at Corfu Airport. While I could have arranged for a courier to collect it from the police lost property office at the airport, I feel that Deliverback took away all the stress that would have been involved in such a process. The initial up-front fees do NOT include the shipping costs.
There are a lot of progress reports via email, but also a lot of days when nothing happens. Queries are handled via AI. After several interactions, the AI assistant stopped corresponding with me and I asked to be contacted by a human - I received an email explaining the status 24 hours later.
While Deliverback does state rough timescales, I think it would help if they explained they don't have a permanent presence at airports and collect lost items on a periodic basis. These items are then shipped to Athens, packed and dispatched via a courier - Deliverback quotes you for the courier fees.
My lost item traveled from Corfu to Athens; Athens to Sparta (near Athens Airport) and then to Munich; Cologne; East Midlands Airport; Castle Donnington; Exeter and out for delivery.
I chose UPS, their tracking is excellent, but they changed the estimated delivery day twice.
I collected my item from a local hub (a garage/shop) around two weeks from the day I lost it.
Given the logistics involved I feel this was an excellent service, but could be improved by better / more detailed communication.

I asked for a delivery of my iPad from Rome airport. To request this , I had to pay €25. In the reply they stated that only items from Greece can be delivered home. This was not in the previous information. I asked to repay me, until now no response. Scam!
