I have booked a pick up service for a document via Shiplemon, but the sender wasn't sent the label and they came to pick it up, they couldn't as there was no tracking number etc.
I have contacted Shiplemon via chat as well as email, and got a reply only 1 week later. I absolutely could not reach anybody! I have in the meantime arranged another pick up service directly at a courier website and worked flawlessly.
Stay away at any cost. Customer service doesn't exist at this company and you will just lose your money.

Never agin
Selected a pickup date. Nobody arrived. It was a holiday, which I wasn’t aware of. I had to ship the package for 3x the cost with another courrier. Every attempt to receive a refund for the last 6 weeks failed.

Unfortunately the experience was bad from the beginning!
There was a delay in making my shipping label, miscommunication from the people with the shipper and lastly a lost parcel
The shipping company communicated only with shiplemon wh didn't bother letting me know on what would happen to my parcel.

consistence with scheduling from pick-up to delivery. Tracking report excellent. Very good price for quality service

A bit expensive but very quick. The parcel was in one day in Netherlands. It was sent from Greece.

Reliable and fast service
They were more than happy to answer my questions and I sent a a big, fragile and heavy parcel from Greece to Czech Republic in less than ten working days for a competitive price. It arrived intact and the recipient was happy too. Will be a returning customer.
