Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! If I could give this company 0 stars I would. They are based in Canada, read all previous reviews. I ordered a sequinned top in the sale although it still cost me £175. When it arrived it did not hang properly so tried to send it back. Because it was a sale item ‘Noah’ would not refund, only offered a credit note. I do not trust this company and would NEVER use again!

We have policies, and it is your responsibility to follow it. You agreed to these terms when you made the purchase.
Your lack of interest in a stores policy, does not make it clear. We have 50,000 customers. The few reviews or hundreds you see are not even 1% of the customers. 98% of our customers are extremely satisfied with our service and return.

I ordered one dress in two different sizes for my daughters birthday on dec 13. They won’t let me return it because it’s been too long. Come on, people. $300 dresses. I’ll never order from them again. Ever.

It is very difficult to return an item to this company if you live in the states. First, make sure you realize that if it is a sale item, you can return it for a credit...no refunds. I attempted to return an item which did not fit...I followed the instructions sent to me be DeCabana...it cost me almost $42.00 to pay for the return...then the item came back to me after several weeks. It was declined at the Canadian border. Now I am out not only the cost of the 42.00 but also the cost of the dress which I did not like. My advice: buyer beware!!
Payed but no delivery
I ordered a dress - payed for it but never got the dress delivered.
So now I have lost € 200 and can’t reach no one. The mail gets back signed as undelivered - unbelievable.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. I ordered a dress in a particular size and they sent me the wrong size. Very difficult time with customer service telling me they would refund my money and the postage to send back (expensive to ship to Canada from the US). Then they went back on it. Would not buy from this company again.

If I could give them no stars I would. I returned 2 items as instructed at a cost of $45.40 by USPS 1st class mail. They refused to accept and items were returned to me. I filed a claim with PayPal and followed instructions and returned items a second time Priority mail at a cost of $55.50. I won my claim but they are refusing to send me all my money. They are crooks. I am still fighting as the money is no longer the issue. I have contacted the designer of the clothing also.

I was a little sceptical ordering a jacket my mum really wanted,knowing I might have to return it,given the reviews.Ordering was easy and free shipping to Ireland was fast.When the item didn't fit,I followed the return instructions and hoped for the best.I received a full refund to my card today and I couldn't be happier.Thank you Decabanna,I will definitely order from you again and am happy to recommend you to friends and family.Five star service,Thank You,Diane Ireland

Terrible customer service and unrealistic return policy
I had a return to make for an item never worn. I emailed Decabana twice and they said they never received my emails inquiring about a return. Although it showed as sent in my email. Bottom line is that they would not take item back nor give me store credit. And I was a repeat customer. The gentleman who I spoke with claimed he was owner. He exhibited no customer service skills and acted like he was doing me a favor by even talking to me. I was very disappointed and will not buy from them again.

Their return policy is RIDICULOUS! I will not shop there again and I will never recommend this company to anyone. I ordered several items (I am going on a big trip and am buying new clothes for the trip), about $3000.00 worth of clothing. I kept about half and returned the other items. I live in the US and the cost of the cheapest return was over $100.00! I can get the same merchandise on 1ere Avenue with free shipping and returns! Do not buy from DeCabana unless you want to pay huge shipping return fees. I wish I would have read the reviews before I purchased! I distrusted them so much that I waited for my refund to hit my credit card, fearing they would not refund me.

Bought several clothing items in recent years - last order for 3 items was not delivered- strung out with promises over several months -no replacement no refund - disgraceful
Worst Online Experience-
I ordered a dress from this company it didn't suit me so I contacted them, followed the return process, within the 10 days of purchase and they claimed the never received my return. When I logged a case with Canada Post they didn't even respond to Canada post to advise they didn't receive my return. I WILL NEVER SHOP this shady business again!! No integrity whatsoever!!
In response to the reply the company just posted one year after the fact, let me clarify … Canada Post tried to reach out several times to decabana.com and they never responded to their inquiries. That is my complaint and why I will never deal with them again!

The worst company ever for buying…
The worst company ever for buying online. The dress I ordered arrived rolled up in a ball. The dress was not the same colour as shown so I returned it.
I have proof from the postal authorities that the parcel was delivered back yet they are refusing to refund my money. several emails were exchanged and the company’s member of staff, Noah, was downright rude. Never ever again.

Ordered 4 tops from this company based in Canada.
I didn't like 2 of them, they were presents for my daughter, I returned them immediately astray were delivered. 1 vanilla top was actually white and looked like an old rag . My daughter would never where white.
When the items arrived back at Decabana they refused to refund me and said the white top had a mark on it and a fault....... I actually never even saw that as I just returned it as was. They refunded me on the other top but £40.00 short. This is the worst online shopping experience I have had in my life. Never use them...
