Great way to send money, fast and easy!

I had an account with them and my last transaction was November 2025. I received an email last December 29,2025 stating that there was temporary disruption to money services but seemed permanent. Last February I got an email that my account was closed. I sent them an email asking them why but didn't get a response. I am very disappointed with this.

They suck, needed to repay my loan with them by check because I was refinancing and my new loan paid off some of my debt. They refused to take the payoff check on my account because I needed to send it in the mail. And then reported the account as late payments in my credit report for non payment when they refused to take a certified bank check. I’ve since disputed this credit report marks and got them all removed. But I wouldn’t trust these guys.

I cannot open my account I don’t know what happened I’m disappointed.

It was ok at first, but they eventually stopped my secured credit card and said they would mail me a new one for no known reason. So I waited for a few months and it didnt come. I tried to contact them to no avail. Then out of the blue they canceled my account and kept my 500 or so dollars. I have tried to contact them since and no response.

My phone number no longer allows me to access my Pomelo and therefore my GCash account. It just says, 'apps there seems to be a problem' and it just gives me an option to sign in again only to do the same thing. I called customer support and I've just been on hold for over an hour each time. I know they recently got bought out by a different company and they 'froze' all the charge cards with promise of credit card with higher limits. The company has no right to not allow me into my account so that I cam cancel my card and close my account. Imjust glad I had a zero balance.

Emperor global logistics to whom you're associated is refusing to delivery or refund my payment. This is who you support. I will never be using your or their services again. They kept coming back with more hidden fees. It was deceitful and under handed. I am disgusted. I'd give you 0 stars.

WARNING.. After sending you a Mastercard, THIS IS NOT A REVOLVING CREDIT ACCOUNT BUT A CHARGE ACCOUNT like American Express which you need to pay in full amount every month cycle you use!! They screw my credit report for a measly $115 measly bill paying them on a monthly incremental basis then gave you a "negative" late payment on your credit report!

Used to be good, but their rates got worse and their services went downhill. I think they sold out now anyway and I won't use the new app. Remitly and World Remit have much better rates

Worse than worst. I hope they dont come back for business. Lowest Exchange rate there is. I also do WorldRemit which is 10/10, Pomelo is -10/10. Thats how bad it is.

I’ve never written a negative review about any business EVER!!! Not only I couldn’t use my Pomelo card because of some future update, but I couldn’t even use the $500 that I added to the account to send. I was forced to use my debit card to send money. And on top of that today, I got an emailed account closure notice. I can’t even log in anymore!!! My account is closed!!!!!! I called and was on hold for 1+hour and still no one picked up, so I hung up the damn phone. Do I get my money back since y’all closed my account for absolutely no reason or did y'all just scam me out of $500??!!!!!! What kinda business practices are y'all running???! This is bull!!!!!

Rates are so low and customers service is lacking of need to do better and more training if possible
I have deleted my pomelo app and got tap tap instead

Pomelo had help me a lot… just requested for a bigger credit limit. It was very convenient

The system is still down what’s going on can’t send they said due to high volume but I don’t believe that anyone else having issues

It has been excellent in money transfers to the Philippines. I hope they expand their remittance services to the Philippines from other countries as well. I highly recommend Pomelo for a very reliable remittance service.

High exchange rate & fast transfer

I added a debit account and it is very slow. One of the transactions has not even went through yet. JERRY

I cannot use the card and lost my credit balance , also now have minimum transaction of 100$ , no advice as to when the new card will be sent out and no advice they just suddenly stopped the old card that my daughter was using in the philippines
