I WOULD HAVE LIKED TO READ THIS BEFORE BUYING IN THIS PLACE


If you are sure that you will not need a return, then there is no problem, but if you are not 100% sure, I would not buy.
I bought a $400 dress on October 26, 2024. When it arrived in Madrid, November 7th, 2024, even though I used to buy Joseph Ribkoff items, in this case the dress was too big, so I asked for a return and sent the dress back on November 8th, 2024 asking for a refund. For 3 weeks they said that the dress had not arrived yet, but when I wrote them telling that my post office confirmed that the dress arrived back to them, they stopped answering my emails and they did not refund the money to me.
To hire a lawyer will be more expensive, so they know and take advantage of that.

I have all the written evidences of what I am saying if someone would like to contact me.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. Great clothes. They Refused to send a free return shipping label to return clothes for the reason of not fitting never worn tags on and within the 10 day return policy. A store credit is given to customers online account to continue shopping BUT they think it's fine to charge the customer shipping fees to return the item that does not fit. Other Joseph Ribkoff stores I have bought from very frequently carrying this designer's clothing line always provide free return shipping labels . Shame on you Decarbona.

I have recently discovered Joseph Ribcoff pants from Canada. I live in Scotland.
The product, but particularly the service from Decabana, is second to none. 2 days delivered door to door!! I cannot get this from England to Scotland. Absolutely fantastic after sales service from Noah.
Pants are comfortable, look amazing, and allow you to be a little different. I just love them………but only from Decabana as delivery exceptional. Many thanks to all staff 😊

This company sucks and is the worst customer service that I have ever received in my 57 year of life. I called customer service three times and when I asked about a sale item on their site, they hung up and said nothing was on sale! Beware!! Spam. There is other places to buy Joseph Ribcoff!

I ordered a dress and followed the policy for return getting an RMA #, packaging and dropping off at a UPS outlet. The dress never reached them and was sent back to me by Canada Post. I didn't accept the package and it was sent back the same way. This is over 5 months. Today, I accepted the package trying to get to the bottom of the problem. I called Decabana and got an extremely rude man who basically bullied me into listening to his return policy and told me this was a waste of time, this was all my fault. I was "illogical" for waiting so long to resolve this!. He truly wouldn't listen to me. This is a man who should not be in customer service.
I will never shop here again!! and I suggest you don't either. If I could give zero stars , I would

there is something that makes no sense in your feedback. You sent it back to us using UPS, but received it back from Canada Post. If you send it back with UPS it will never come back to you with Canada Post.

Since you used UPS you should have obtained a tracking number to be able to track your return. The tracking details will most likely tell you if we received your return or not. If we tell you that we have not received your return, there is no reason to panic and become aggressive with our staff. We are not a shipping company, and we are not responsible for any returns that are not delivered to us. Our staff had to remind you that based on our store policy a customer is responsible to ensure that the return get to us, the same way as we responsible to deliver your purchase to you. It`s a 2-way street.

We believe that this matter can still be resolved should you wish to work with us.

Bezugnehmend auf die Antwort möchte ich folgendes feststellen: ich bin- wie zahlreiche hier vertretenen Rezensenten vom Supportteam NICHT höflich behandelt worden! Ich bekam freche Antworten, die absolut nichts mit Kundenservice zutun haben! Da mich die Rücksendung unverhältnismäßig viel kosten würde, werde ich die Sachen behalten, die ich leider nicht brauchen kann. Ich werde sie in die Altkleidersammlung geben.Selbstverständlich weiß ich, welche Größe mir passt, dies kommt wohl bei jedem hin und wieder vor, dass Kleidungsstücke nicht passen, einem an sich selbst nicht gefallen, anders aussehen als auf dem Photo- was auch immer.
Mit definitiv keiner anderen Firma, bei der ich über Internet bestelle, hatte ich jemals solche Schwierigkeiten und vor allem so unfreundliche Emails.Ich kann alles beweisen und belegen!
Da meine negative Rezension hier nicht die einzige ist, wird wohl was dran sein.
Anstatt sich mit mir Schreibduelle zu liefern, sollten Sie besser überlegen, wie die Rücksendung kundenfreundlicher gestaltet werden kann- dann werden Sie auch zufriedene Kundinnen haben und behalten. Ich selbst habe immerhin über 800 Euro an diese Firma überwiesen.
Ein Betrag den ich besser anders investiert hätte und zukünftig auch anders verwenden werde.
In jedem Fall ist von dieser Firma dringend abzuraten, da sie zwar mit günstigen Angeboten locken und werben, man aber am Ende teuer bezahlt, wenn die Sachen nicht passen,nicht gefallen oder einfach nicht entsprechen.
