Ich habe eine Jacke bestellt. Sie kam ziemlich schnell und unversehrt bei mir an.
Ich habe mich aber sehr geärgert, dass ich bei Lieferung noch eine Gebühr bei UPS von 12.22 € zahlen musste, obwohl bei der Bestellung davon nichts stand.
Auf der Rechnung stand, dass "Shipping" und "Taxes" kostenlos seien.
Ich werde keine online Bestellung bei Decabana mehr aufgeben. Solche versteckten Gebühren sind unfair.
Wieviel Gebühren müsste ich da bei einer Retoure bezahlen?

DeCabana is a wonderful place to shop! The Joseph Ribkoff line is amazing! I inquired about a Joseph Ribkoff black and white reversible jacket. Christina measured it for me so that I would know the sizing. The coat is stunning and an incredible piece to add to my wardrobe! Christina is extremely helpful! A personalized note and a gift accompanied my purchase! This is definitely a store that I will be returning to again and again!

I have purchased several times now from Decabana and can only say that they keep surprising me every time again with speed and accuracy of their response and actions. In just a few days their deliveries arrive from Canada to my place on Belgium in perfect order and condition. The website is very practical and straight forward.

Worst website, worst customer service and worst store
This is the worst website I have ever seen and customer service also as bad. If there was a negative star, I would have given it. My orders get canceled with no reason provided. They say there is a reward system but I accumulated so many points (from thousands of dollars of orders!), which they made difficult to claim. After back and forth chat with their staff, I was able to claim my reward points - BUT, they canceled all the orders, and they said they will refund my credit card. ALL THE REWARD POINTS LOST!!
I will never buy from this store ever gain!

High Quality Clothes with Great Customer Service
Noah, the manager, at DeCabana assisted me with finding a Joseph Ribkoff dress that was so new he didn't even have it in stock. He kindly special ordered the dress which arrived promptly from Canada to my home in California. The dress is adorable and I was extremely pleased with the customer care and special attention I received. I will absolutely order more items from Decabana!!

Joseph Ribkoff Jumpsuit
I ordered a Joseph Ribkoff jumpsuit from Decabana on 16 January 2025 and was amazed that it was delivered by UPS, in the UK this morning, 20 January 2025!!
I already have the same jumpsuit in black but was unable to source it in 'Iguana' - a lovely shade of green, here in the UK. I was obviously aware that the fit and sizing would be spot on, and it is, I'm thrilled.
The customer service is exceptional at every stage, and I received regular updates which detailed where my order was at any given time.
I would not hesitate to order in future from DeCabana, the fact they are based in Canada is no issue, the delivery is faster than Royal Mail in the UK!!

No proper price match and scam rewards
I ordered from Decabana before. Yes, they have a big selection of Ribkoff, but customer service is extremely unfriendly. They are so cheap, omg. Two times I asked them to match the price. The first time, they didn't add 10% on top of the price, I asked why, and they said, oh you just asked about matching the price. Come on, you have a clear policy, that you will match the price, whether it is a single promo or anything else and beat it by 10%. The second time, I asked them to match the price, they changed the price of the dress on their side and said that they do not match the promo and now their price is lower (from $195 to $146), everything but avoiding following their own policies. I told them that about their website policies and that after that, even if they match it properly, I am not gonna buy it from them. The third issue, is their rewards program. It is a scam. Honestly, they never add up points as they say. For example, they write under the dress that you can get 40 points, and the key word here is "can". Because you never get it. When I bought a bunch of items and my points didn't get updated, I asked them to add my points, they replied that I had to login into my account when I am buying items. I said that I was logged in. How my order is listed even under my account??? They refused adding them. So, scam as I said. They gave to be ashamed but such customer service. Horrible.
