Sleeve length is great for breezy summer evenings, though the polyester blend feels slightly stiff before the first wash. Fits true to size around the bust, but the waist seam sits a little higher than expected.

Like other reviewers, I wish I had taken the time to check out this company before ordering. This company & others like it, eg Zanory, are promoting what appear to be quality goods from a British company, which, of course, they are not. The sandals I ordered are too small &, while I like the look of them, paying to return them is too costly to be worthwhile & as a matter of principle, I will not be ordering the larger size. I don't like being deceived. Avoid at all costs!

This company is pretending to be based in the UK but is actually getting the items from China, I ordered a swimming costume, when it finally did show up the quality was awful and nothing like the picture. I contacted them to be told to post it back TO CHINA for a refund, do yourselves a favour and stay away from this company

I ordered a pair of suede “orthopaedic” mules for £24.99 reduced from £50 and a green v neck top.
They took over two weeks to arrive and when they did, I was very disappointed with the items, especially the shoes.
The package was a bubble wrap bag and inside, the shoes were totally squashed. They were very cheap looking, flimsy and not what I was expecting. They seemed to be made of poor quality material almost like cardboard, and didn’t improve after taking out of the bag.
I immediately decided I wanted to return both items and get a refund, but when checking the website found out that they had to be shipped to China at my cost.
I tried to call the company's contact number but it was out of service.
I have emailed the company and sent photos, but have only received an automated response so far.
My advice: do not order from this company.

Why didn’t I check the reviews before ordering?! This website is just so misleading, it really looks the part. The items are sent from China, the shoes I ordered took weeks to arrive and are really poor quality. You can return them at your own cost (£12-28) and even then the website says that they will inspect the item and decide if you get the refund.
I hope this review helps someone else avoid this website and save their money!

Recently bought a pair of sandals from this company, which took three weeks to arrive from China. Unfortunately, they are definitely not a UK size 7, and they also arrived with a really strange, unpleasant smell.

I contacted the company and was offered a discount and a partial refund — the kind of solution you’d expect from sites like SHEIN or Temu. I was then told my complaint would be escalated to a manager, but I’ve heard absolutely nothing since.

Really disappointed with the whole experience. I only wish I’d read the reviews before ordering.

Oh how I wish I’d checked the reviews first like one of the other reviewers. I’ve been looking at the tracking of the item I ordered and it seems stuck with a supposed Evri depot. and hasn’t moved.
I noticed on the tracking that it had come via an airport despite the company claiming to be based in the UK.
Very disappointing that they are claiming things that are very misleading and seemingly untrue. Tried the mobile number they show on the Contact Us section of their webpage and it wouldn’t connect.
From our mistakes I hope others can learn. Won’t be using this company again - even if I ever see the item I ordered.I’ll try and give them the benefit of the doubt but doesn’t inspire much confidence.

19/08/26 Thank you for replying to my review which is aappreciated. Yes the dress did finally arrive - I would have returned the dress as it wasn't in a material that I expected or liked but I then saw that apart from having to pay the returns costs ( which I appreciate happens too with some other companies) there could also be tax costs for shipping back out of the UK. It's cheaper for me to keep the dress and donate it which isn't ideal.
I still feel that your website is misleading, suggesting this is a UK company when it appears that you are based in China. Nothing wrong with that but you need to be clearer and not mislead potential customers.
You suggested in your reply that I have returned as a customer but this is the only time I have ordered from you.

Dress was too big. Only when checking returns policy did I realise that returns have to be posted to China. The website looks English and offers free uk postage, I feel this is very misleading.

If I could have given zero stars I would have. Thought I was buying sandals from a known and trusted British company, but after I'd placed my order, that name was nowhere to be seen and Davies and Cooper was there instead. They arrived two weeks after I'd ordered them, were shoddily made and not what I wanted. There was no returns label. I emailed them and got a reply directing me to their returns policy. I had to return them at my own expense to an address in China.
Don't touch this company with a barge pool.

The website looked good, the sandals looked good, and it mentioned shipping in the UK and their office in London. They took 2 weeks to arrive, which I didn’t understand as I could drive to London and back in a day! I checked the tracker, useless! I started to get suspicious so I checked out their London office and it looks like flats or apartments in Wembley. I then found out that my sandals were coming from Hong Kong! When they arrived I couldn’t wear them as they have sharp bits that stick into the top of your foot. Almost like glue has been put on the tied off stitching! After reading reviews I’m not sending back but I’ll try and do something with them or it’ll be £45 down the drain! BEWARE, just because the website looks professional, check them out!

Don't buy from them. The shorts, that looked great on the website, are of a very poor quality material and sizing that is too small. Definitely, not worth the money. To return them for a refund I have to send them back with a tracking service to China!! At my expense with no guarantee that they will confirm that they have arrived. So, probably more money down the drain. I've put it down to experience and will take more notice of reviews in the future before buying.

Total scam , goods not received after 2 months .

THIS IS A SCAM …..

I’ve placed an order for some shoes, not sure why I didn’t check the reviews first, now I realise this is some sort of Chinese or Indian company, hence the long delay in any tracking or delivery confirmation.
I’m now expect them to be rubbish quality and take ages to arrive. This has happened to me before, thinking the website was high end quality, oh well at least I didn’t spend too much

I recently put a review on your site concerning Davies and Cooper. After a few emails to them concerning the three dresses I bought from them at a cost of over £70 which were badly made and the material in them dire. One of the dresses which was too small for me was made of polyester very thin and really awful. Anyway they offered me a 40% ie,£28.50 and told me I could keep the dresses or 100% off my next store order. neither of their offers are satisfactory I should have a full refund but I'm not going to get this off these scammers so I have taken the £28.50 and learnt an expensive lesson.

Website very confusing. Unable to reach by phone. Sent me double order and automated email response. Absolutely dreadful wish I’d checked reviews before ordering. Avoid.

I ordered a dress several weeks ago and still hasn't arrived. Avoid this retailer at all costs.
