Didn't do the research before placing an order - you have to laugh ! Shoes from china did arrive after a few months and they were laughably crap - lasted 2 wears and then fell apart . The support is an AI bot that I had fun with via emails - but after 48hrs you are toast ... if something looks too good to be true (price wise) it always isn't . Dupped by the UK frontage - this is an overseas operation - maybe some of the clothes might be OK , but don't risk it

Would've given a lower rating as the delivery time was about a week longer than it said, however I am very satisfied with the quality of the product.

Lovely shoes arrived in perfect condition at a reasonable price

I double checked the sizing guide against my needs and despite that the product when it arrived was too small. The best i was offerred was a 40% refund, or i have to return the shoes to china at my own expense. Additionally the shoes smell very funky so not sure i would wear them even if I could. Clearly AI customer services so no help there either. Wide berth would be my advice.

Scammers scammers … first, it was a long wait before the tiny suit I ordered came . One would think it’s in the UK. Terrible

I was so mad at myself for falling for this scam!. As someone who'd typically check reviews before making such purchase, I was pissed. I ordered a dungarees for £44.95 and believed it was from a London clothing as this scammers put in a London address, not until I started waiting for delivery and tracked to see it was coming from China! After 2 weeks, this flimsy, crappy dungarees arrived. I reached out to them and learned to return it to China! And to cover all fees including import charges. This was after offering me 15% refund or an exchange. Why would I want an exchange of similar poor quality and another 2 weeks wait. I refused. I had used the size chart on their website to ensure my size was sent, yet, what was sent was smaller. I sent them actual measurements of the dungarees to show it was their fault, yet, they'd not issue a full refund as stated on their webaite. Infact, whoever was replying my mail said I could give it to my family or friends. Crazy thing is it had no resale value as there was no label or tags carrying the name "Taylor and Bennett".. nothing to show it wasn't worn. It looked like it was hurriedly sewn and thrown into a flimsy zip lock.
When I realised I wasn't making any headway with them, I involved my bank. Thankfully, it was sorted!!..BY MY BANK of course.
Do not patronise these guys!! SCAMMERS!!!!!

I waited for some weeks and the quality is fine I can say. Would buy again if the prices become low.

The checkout process took less than two minutes from cart to confirmation. I appreciated that they didn't push insurance or add-ons at the last step. The tracking updates were frequent but not spammy - I got one when it shipped and another when it was out for delivery. The shoes I ordered are the same shade of brown as the product page showed.

As other people say you think your ordering from a reputable uk firm when your not really I ordered some cowboy boots that look good on their website but they took forever to arrive as they were coming from china which if I’d have known I’d have taken a risk on Temu .The quality of the the boots is poor so I thought I’d return them when you read the refund policy it probably cost more to send back than you’d get refunded.Its just a complete scam so buyer beware

SCAMMERS GAVE ME A SMALL SUIT AND NOW THERE NOT GIVING ME REFUND AND ARE IGNORING ME

Product poor quality for what was shown. Website gives impression it's UK based, but products are shipped from China, so what I thought, with Royal Mail delivery, would be a couple of days for delivery, turned out to be nine days. Do yourself a favour, go back to taking a trip to your local town centre and shop there where can a) see the product in hand, and b) aren't wasting time waiting for poorly made products to be delivered from the other side of the world.

Purports to be a uk company, actually based in China. Misleading advertising and website. Delays in delivering. Returns go to Canada! Go to the High Street.
