At last my shoes arrived from China not the uk. Davies & Cooper sounds very British but no apparently Chinese. I I don’t have a problem with Chinese goods but be honest about delivery times and advise they are from China. There are no words printable to describe them. After having foot surgery I needed a pair of orthopaedic shoes just to wear until my foot healed totally. They are just the cheapest tat I ever seen. The backs don’t even come a quarter of way up my heel so you slip out of them straight away. They don’t resemble anything like the picture on the website. They went straight in the bin which is the best place for them. Don’t buy complete waste of money.

Print matches the website photos closely, which is always a relief. Skirt flares out beautifully when walking, but the elastic on the short sleeves left faint marks after an hour of wearing.

Beware, people, it's a Chinese scam company. I ordered shoes; they sent me the wrong size. Now I've been emailing them for about two weeks, and they've told me to pay a postage charge of around £20.plus you know chines very very poor staf shoes
Before ordering anything on this website, read all the comments from people. I don't know why the UK government stopped this type of company.

Your business should not be trading.
You clearly advertise quality looking items at reasonable prices, but that’s a trap to con people to order from you.
I ordered a pretty dress costing 24.95 it took 4 weeks to come, it was the worst quality I have ever seen. Poor material, stitching and shape. It looked like a child put it together.
After 4 emails to customer service, I went to return it to your returns address in China at the post office, it would have cost me £25.90 to return it.
You advertise 30 day money back and easy returns on products, but you clearly know your system is a con, taking money from customers with no chance of getting their money back.

Read the reviews, your company is trading illegally and should be banned.

What a very poor company to deal with! Con-Artists would be the best phrase to use as they are not a UK based company, the contact us facility is a waste of time and trying to get an update on delivery is again a waste of time typing the enquiry. DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Ordered some women’s shorts thinking it would be like picture, what a joke, cheap thin shorts nothing like described. These sort of things should not be allowed to happen. I think Temu would have been better……do not order from them unless you want to throw your money away

Purchased a pair of ladies orthopaedic sandals they came squashed in packaging and had to cut them out, the sandals were cheap and looked liked they had been made by a child, quality was the worst I’ve ever seen.
Do not waste your money on anything from this company!!

Smocked bodice stretches nicely for larger busts without digging in. The gingham print is adorable, though the skirt lining stops halfway down the thigh, creating an odd shadow line in direct sunlight.

Follow up from previous reviews I have made. This so called company does not even deserve one star and definitely not the 1.7 score. Zero it should read.
Attention all. Have you paid by credit card? If so, try contacting your bank. There are refund conditions attached to your credit card. They are very helpful indeed. PLEASE CONTACT BANK DONT LET THEM AWAY WITH YOUR MONEY

Company needs investigating.

Items come from china and theres zero disclosure about this online and they refuse to confirm this even tho when you order the tracking starts in china.

Secondly they say they use royal mail once the item gets in the country. This too is a lie as my items are now with evri... Evri as everyone knows are awful and if these two issues were apparently before i ordered i simply wouldn't have.

This lack of truth and disclosure means i have reported them to trading standards etc.

Bought sandals that were supposed to be £50 reduced to £25. I wouldn't even pay £2 for these, poorly made sandals. Never again would I buy from this so called UK company.

SCAM Order never arrived despite tracking emails received every day. No refund, cancellations only 1 hour after ordering written in stunted English grammar. This is not a website based in the U.K. DO NOT ORDER from Davies and Cooper it is a SCAM

Poor customer service, sent wrong size Sandles and still waiting for a code to get another pair.

Still waiting for my order, keep getting messages that it’s in transit. It’s one of those clever websites that makes you feel you are shopping in the UK. I should have looked at the reviews before I ordered. I’m assuming the shoes that were for a birthday present that’s been and gone now, will be cheap Chinese rubbish, probably go stir in the bin as I can’t be bothered to even try for a refund.
Also they say delivery by Royal Mail but then it turns into EVRI.

Color blocking is striking in photographs, yet the actual fabric thickness is lighter than envisioned. Fine for a casual day event though you'll definitely want seamless undergarments.

Very Poor quality, you can buy the same shoes on shein for a third of the price if not less . Took absolutely ages to arrive now I know why as came from abroad , poorly packaged very very dissatisfied . Wish I had never wasted my money

Avoid🚩avoid🚩avoid🚩. Absolutely terrible company. The dresses material I ordered is so poor, it is see through. The dress was also absolutely huge- not the Uk size 10 that I ordered. It also took two weeks to arrive and the event I bought it for had already passed. The dress looks absolutely nothing like the image either. I contacted asking for a refund and they offer everything but that. Terrible solutions and terrible contact as they take over half a day to reply. I just wanted my money back and they refused to do so. Now I'm left £39 down and stuck with a hideous dress that no one in their right mind would want.

Raffles give it a romantic movement in motion, but fabric tends to static easily. Needed a bit of anti-static spray before walking out the door. Wrap stays tied securely without popping open.

The trainers were despatched promptly but alas the sizing is incorrect. They were bought for my sister who takes a size 7 but they are far too small. She removed the insole and managed to get them on but this is not ideal.
