Technical problem solved
We were held in line but were updated on our number all the time. Molly answered our call and we were given courteous service to find the solution to our problem. We were able to make a payment over the phone and later we received an email advising us the technical issue has been fixed.

Cruise118 advertised this specific…
Cruise118 advertised this specific cruise with a £200 discount or onboard credit per passenger hence one of the deciding factors for us to to choose this cruise. During the booking, Cruise118 informed us that this discount will not be applied (even it is advertised in their website) as the cruise has already been discounted. We're rather disappointed with their replies.
Even worse is a few days after we booked this cruise, Cruise118 now included the free drinks package for the same cruise, cabin category and price. Why didn't Cruise118 didn't mention this when we booked our cruise :(

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we are very sorry for the disappointment caused regarding the promotional fare you saw online.
Our website is not live, and we always aim to advertise the best lead‑in fare, which is usually based on the lowest available cabin grade. We use a third‑party company to update our site in line with the latest prices shown on the cruise lines’ own live websites and booking systems.
We are sure you can appreciate, cruise fares can fluctuate hourly, especially at the moment with high demand. This means that sometimes prices increase or lead‑in cabins sell out faster than our website can be updated.
Unfortunately, this can result in a fare / promo still appearing online even though it is no longer available at the time of booking. The same applies to any marketing material you may receive.
It is also worth noting that some promotions apply only to certain cabin grades, which may have sold out by the time you enquired.
Please accept our sincere apologies that the fare and offer you noted on our website were no longer available when you contacted us. I completely understand how frustrating this must have been when it influenced your decision to book.

We have used Cruise118 for a number of years and have had nothing but the Highest service from the start of the enquiry to the actual booking, their knowledge and helpfulness. With this has been extremely important .
Things do go wrong at times , when things do go wrong they stand by there duty of care moto !!
Our Holiday flight was cancelled mid air on the 28th Feb flying to Singapore with Qatar airlines who treated all passengers with disgust, they did not want to help or explain what was happening and why they were turning back after 30min flying , we found out later after returning to Manchester that Dora airport was closed due to Trump/Iran conflict .
After returning back home we phoned Cruise 118 and firstly spoke to Jenny than to Julia Peddle who were amazing and rearranged alternative flights the next day enabling us to catch the cruise on the 29th .
We can’t praise enough both Jenny and Julia for there absolutely brilliant service ,even through ,who must have been under extreme pressure on the Day .So A Big Thank You to you , And YES the Cruise was absolutely fantastic…and of course we will be Booking again soon .

As someone new to cruising & somewhat nervous about the whole experience, I can't praise Cruise118.com enough. Everything about the service has been excellent. I started off in Sept 2025 with a live chat with Stephanie Mather, who was brilliant at answering my numerous questions calmly & ensuring I understood everything. I later spoke to Stephanie to go ahead & book the cruise after she answered even more questions. Stephanie never made me feel she was pushing a sale. I had a query later on & this was dealt with promptly & efficiently on live chat. After receiving a rather confusing response from Tui/Marella to a query regarding accessible services available on board our ship, I contacted Cruise118.com & got the excellent Laura Mullaney in Customer Services, who took ownership of my query & over several days, contacted several departments at Tui until she ensured I got a satisfactory response. Laura understands the concept of Customer Service & is a great asset to the company. My wife & I are now 4 weeks from our cruise and can't wait. Well done Stephanie, Laura & Cruise118.com...Oh & the icing on the cake Stephanie gave us a great discount on the advertised price of the cruise.
