Excellent, all around. Well done.

The express courier service was very efficient & fast. It is expensive but I had my result within an hour and a half. The courier was polite and helpful.

Expensive? Yes. Worth it? Definately. Great, easy service. Paid for next day results. Had test in the morning by courier, results emailed by 8pm the same day.
Would use again if needed.

I stumbled upon Covid Home Test after Screen4 did not fulfil the delivery on the day I needed so that I could attend school on time. Despite my initial belief that the price was high, they were able to deliver the test in under 2 hours! All my apprehensions about the test were dealt with by their attentive and helpful customer service team. The delivery and collection process went extremely smooth. I was able to receive my results the following day in a PDF with a certificate. I would definitely use them again and they are worth the price due their efficiency and attention to detail. :)

I ordered 4 tests so worried was I to get my test back. Delivered back in 2 hours 10 minutes. Alerted a courier was 7 mintes away, then alerted he had arrived. The courier checked the package and that was it.

I cannot stress how much it was better than others.

Such a brilliant service! After being disappointed by many online covid centers that provide at home services - this one far exceeded my expectations! I received my result the same day the test was done. Everything was seamless, from the onset communication, to the friendly driver who waited patiently outside as I did my test and finally, the delivery of the results themselves! I 100% recommend CHT to anyone. Their service makes the cost all worth it.

We ordered an express test late in the day; it was organised & dropped off quickly. Results were back just outside of the 3hr window but we were advised of this at the outset. Will definitely use this company again.

What an amazing service. They came within the window of time and when my results were coming up inconclusive - with a flight the next day - Alessandra called me, calmed me down and sent the final result through of Negative. She even followed up with a call to ensure I saw the result came through. Amazing HUMAN service.
