Worst company ever, phone number doesn't work, email doesn't work, I have a voucher that I can't use now because I can't get in touch with nobody, I really don't recommend them, not professional at all.

Very disappointed, I was told they were a great company to use. However, I have tried to call for two days and the line is constantly engaged and their chat line doesn't work. I have tried to book online for two days but their online system doesn't work either. Very frustrating.

Excellent service. I used every time I travel to London for work. The convenience is worth the cost.

We have never been let down. Although more expensive than going to your local pharmacy for a Fit to Fly test, it saves a huge amount of time and are completely reliable. Try the express service and you get your certificate in a couple of hours. Highly recommended and I was delighted to have found them.

Booked online and told courier would be with us within 30 mins. was here in 15 and waited outside for the test to be done. result came through approx 2 hours later. Excellent service, well instructed, quick and efficient.

Brilliant service. Booked 11am to 1pm slot the night before, courier arrived minutes after 11 (having already received a text at 10.20 to say he was 40 mins away). Waited for my daughter to do the test and then took it away. We received the results back at 1.40pm. Cannot fault it at all. We needed a solution as we were travelling to Spain the next day and hadn’t realised that my 12 year old needed a fit to fly PCR. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

CHT are always a model of efficiency and reliability

I was able to arrange testing at a venue away from home and had a very limited time window. Driver was on time and having notifications and driver tracking was very useful. Felt assured that it would all be done in the time that we required. The test result was returned by email very swiftly. It is expensive but the service is well delivered. The test result on the other hand wasn’t so good :( but I guess that’s not their fault.
