Upper Blepharoplasty with Ms Bowers
I saw Ms Bowers for an upper blepharoplasty and she is absolutely exceptional. The results are beautiful and I couldn’t be happier with my new eyes.
From the first consultation, she put me completely at ease. Her friendly manner and clear expertise gave me full confidence I was in the best hands.
Throughout the procedure, Ms Bowers and her nurse were calm, reassuring, and incredibly supportive, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
The results speak for themselves — I highly recommend her.
The clinic is modern, spotless, and welcoming, and the reception team were also very helpful with any questions beforehand.

I had an upper bleph with Chris West @ Coppergate mid March. I did lots of research as it was something I had been thinking about for some time. I am absolutely blown away with the results, so very very please. So glad I took the plunge.

Upper Blepharoplasty
I had upper Blepharoplasty with Rebecca Rollett & I am amazed at the results. I was so nervous but Rebecca & Alison put me at ease right away & we chatted throughout the whole procedure which made it go pretty quickly, in fact it was a breeze, the only uncomfortable part was the anaesthetic but the stinging only lasted seconds. I would 100% recommend Coppergate Clinic.

Friendly and helpful staff
They fitted me in for a quick follow on appointment when it was good for me, although I could have done it via video but I prefer to see them in person.

Professional and friendly

Upper Blephoplasty
I had Upper Blephoplasty 4 weeks ago at Coppergate and my surgeon was Waseem Bhat, such a lovely man, he simply listened to me why I rambled on, he then took away all my concerns fears and answered all my questions whilst making me feel relaxed and comfortable. He explained what I could expect from the procedure and left me to make my own decisions with no pressure.
On the day of procedure I was greeted by Sam on reception who was just lovely. He introduced me to Alison who would be my nurse throughout the procedure ... she was fabulous! She held my hand and talked me through every step and explained any sensations I was feeling. I felt no pain other than a scratch when the anaesthetic was injected into my eyes ... after that I could feel movements but no pain. The whole time I lay there we chatted about dogs and anything else that sprung into my head.
Afterwards I left and can honestly say that I have made an amazing recovery with some bruising and swelling for a day or two and then everything settled very quickly. I cannot believe how quickly my eyes are healing and how easy it has been to recover from. I spent 18 months agonizing over whether I should have this procedure done but I 100% made the best decision. I now look in the mirror and I don't look tired anymore and I have brighter eyes. Thank you to Waseem Bhat and Coppergate clinic. I would always recommend them and wouldn't use anywhere else should I need anymore treatments done.

I’ve lost my tired look
I saw Miss Ciarstan in November 2025 to discuss my wish to have Upper Blepharoplasty surgery after photos were taken my questions answered I was keen to go ahead with having it done.
The surgery was done in February, stitches were removed by myself at home with the guidance of a lovely nurse and via FaceTime, (this option was agreed by me when I had my initial appointment which saved me time visiting the clinic) It was easy and pain free.
I returned back to the clinic 6 weeks later to see Miss McArdle for her assessment of how I had healed which has been exactly as expected.
I have been so happy with my results, the clinic and all the staff provided all the necessary information online of do’s and don’t’s but especially happy with Miss Ciarstan McArdle who is so kind and professional so I want to say A Big Thank You

Upper Blepharoplasty
I'd thought about getting this procedure done for years and after my consultation at Coppergate, it was an easy decision to go ahead. Waseem Bhat carried out the procedure and his friendly, calm approach put me immediately at ease. I was worried the local anesthetic would hurt but it really was just a small scratch on each eyelid and then you feel no pain - just aware of some gentle pulling. It's now almost 2 months since I had this done and I'm so happy with the results. The scar is barely visible and it's made a huge difference to how I look - less tired and I'm told looking younger! I've had friends and family say I didn't need the proceedure - but they soon change their opinion when I show them before and after photos :)

I highly recommend both the Clinic and Rebecca Rollett
From the moment I met my surgeon, Rebecca Rollett (Bex) for my first consultation she put me at ease.
I’d spent several months considering surgery and had Infact moved my initial consultation back 3 months as I wasn’t quite ready.
Choosing Coppergate was an easy choice as I’d previously had upper blepharoplasty done there in Nov’24 so had researched the clinic previously and fortunately for me they are local.
I was extremely anxious about that general anaesthetic as I’d not had one since I was a child but everyone I met at the clinic was very reassuring.
Bex was fabulous and I liked her experience and interests particularly in Aesethics alongside the other work she does. She just came across as very warm, friendly, open and honest and I felt totally comfortable with her recommendations.
So, last Friday, 27th February 2026 I headed back to the clinic for an early start for lipo to my jowls, CO2 laser to face and neck and a deep plane facelift. From the moment I walked in I was made to feel comfortable and everyone was so welcoming and friendly. Around 5 hours after I went into surgery, I was sat up waiting for my much needed tea and toast.
Both Bex and Martyn my anaesthetist came to check on me before I could go home.
I had numbers for people to contact should I be concerned about anything. Bex checked how I was later that evening and the next morning, as did Nicki one of the nurses and so did Orla Rhodes.
A week has flown by and the recovery journey so far has been going better than I expected and it’s so exciting each morning to see how things are progressing on my recovery journey as swelling and bruising reduce. I can’t to see the continued progress over the next weeks and months.
Amazing staff, lovely clinic. I’d highly recommend.

Disappointed customer
Whilst I was happy with the bleph procedure itself and the immediate aftercare with the nurse (who assisted me in removing the stitches on a virtual call), I am very disappointed that my call with the surgeon - Mr Chris West - to review the results (op took place mid Jan) didn’t go ahead despite receiving at least two emails from them reminding me about it. When I reported to the receptionist on the day that I was waiting on a call from Chris they weren’t particularly interested and simply advised a previous appointment must have run over for him and to expect the appointment to go ahead but a little later than was booked. Safe to say, I never received a call for my clinical review. I also didn’t receive another rescheduled appointment. I have written a complaint email but have yet to hear back from anyone. Not what I would’ve expected from what I thought was a reputable clinic. Perhaps there is a reasonable explanation but until someone contacts me I won’t know.

I chose Coppergate again for my surgery having had an upper blepharoplasty a few years ago. They are so professional. I received lots of useful pre and postoperative information to help me with my preparations and aftercare.
Mr Nicholas Rhodes performed my surgery again with Dr James Sira as my anaesthetist. It’s only day 1 post operative so I can’t comment on results but they both did an amazing job.
Mr Rhodes is highly skilled and experienced. He is very approachable and I can’t recommend him highly enough. He advised me on what treatment plan he would recommend and listened to my concerns.
The nursing/theatre staff are outstanding. Nicki met me on the morning of my surgery and totally put me at ease. She was very friendly and exuded professionalism. I felt very confident under her care.
