Used twice in two weeks. Excellent service both times. Speedy, polite. Could not have been better

Have used this company 3 times now. The 2 times I have gone ahead with the tests they did exactly as promised on time and the at home option was great (if not cheap). Best of all was when (due to Mr Macron) I had to cancel travel plans to France and cancel the tests booked. They were excellent. Refund paid without fuss and quickly (huge contrast to a cheaper company I had used for other less urgent tests (Randox) who have taken over a month and still no refund. So CHT seem to have a premium price service but you get the customer service to go with it.

Amazing service. You can track the driver’s journey, he’ll wait outside while you take the swab and then wait for the results. I was expecting mine probably in fewer hours but luckily arrived before my flight time. If you are waiting the result to take a flight (like me) I would recommend to book the express service to avoid stressing out waiting 14/18 hours

Thoroughly impressed - I needed a very last minute PCR and lateral flow test (as was not sure which was needed for travel to France on the last-minute rule changes for travelling). I booked yesterday for a 2-hour courier slot this afternoon. They came on the minute at the first possible time within that slot - and I had the results back within about 1.5 hours for both tests! Wouldn't hesitate to use them again, even if a little pricey - it's worth it for peace of mind.

I ordered a home test for my elderly mother. It was seamless. They arrived within in the allocated window, retrieved the test and took directly to lab. I stated on the notes that the test was for a vulnerable 81 year old and a result was sent promptly following this. Thank you.

I have been using CHT incessantly for the past 3 months due to my Boss’s hectic travel schedule: Flying 2-3 times/week, having moved from London Labs due to CHT’s rapid results turnaround time (3 hours). Mathilde & the team at CHT are fantastic. They are exceedingly professional & incredibly accommodating of all of our changes & last-minute amendments. CHT offer an expedient service, which I cannot fault. As laborious & mind numbing as the form filling is from the fit to fly, health certifications, passenger landing cards etc. it’s a pleasure to work w/CHT.

Great experience, but pricey

The test was delivered on time, with the minutes for waiting precised. Friendly motor driver who delivered. Outcome also in due time and easy to handle.
