Gobez was very fast, efficient, cheerful and friendly.

Cleaning was good, cleaners were professional. A lot of detialing in washroom and kitchen.

Only thing that could be improved is cleaners don't speak or understand a single word of English, which made communication a bit difficult.

Got an end of tenancy clean for a 4 bedroom house that was in pretty grimy condition. The two guys who came worked so hard and got it completely spotless. I was amazed by the transformation and for the price (lower than others who quoted) and the level of effort they put in, this was incredibly good value and very much worth it!

Incredibly friendly and efficient cleaner! Very reasonably priced and good on communication.

CMH cleaning did a fantastic thorough clean. Arrived bang on time with all the necessary equipment, very polite and professional. Carpet looked completely different after a professional clean.

Staff were on time and did a great job. The flat was well polished and clean. Surely will recommend to others.

Stumbled upon this company as I saw one of their cleaners at work diligently across the road. Great service, good communication and easy to book with flexible schedules as our building work ran over. Job was well done, not the cheapest but good quality cleaning. Thank you!

There was no clarity from the office to the cleaner. I booked a full deep clean and specified I wanted everything wiped and cleaned properly as I am moving in. It took the cleaner from 10am until 8:45pm to finish, then it wasn’t clean, there were still cobwebs in the rooms, door frames weren’t wiped, dust and hair still on the carpets etc, the cleaner came back and I still had to show where wasn’t clean, he arrived 20 minutes late after arranging to meet at 8am with no communication as to being delayed.

The house still isn’t clean to a professional standard, I have many photos to share if anyone wishes. I wouldn’t use this service again as they don’t send the cleaners with appropriate equipment and don’t brief them on to what level of cleaning is expected.

There is lots more to mention but I spent all of my energy arguing with the company.

The couple that came to do my end of tenancy clean were so friendly and professional. They called before hand to keep me updated as to their arrival time which was much appreciated. The apartment was immaculately cleaned and I had the opportunity to check everywhere for satisfaction before they left. Having lived in the apartment for nearly five years, high traffic areas on the carpet was totally cleaned and looked like new.

I would highly recommend CMH Cleaning for all your cleaning needs. Very high standard indeed and you are not left with a chemical smell either.

Very thorough clean 🧼, good communication beforehand.

Two of them did in 5 hours what would have taken me a week including oven, fridge, carpet cleaning, microwave. Just got on with it!! Definitely reccomended.

We booked this company for a deep clean and were left extremely disappointed. We paid £320 for a 3-4 hour deep clean & they left after just under 2.5 hours. The service was nowhere near what you’d expect for the price or for something advertised as a “deep” clean.
• Floors were not mopped properly – baby milk spills were left on the floor (the cleaner even tried to claim it was paint, which it absolutely was not).
• Worktops were still dirty, dishes left in the sink, and dust remained on some surfaces.
• The vacuum they used was filthy and actually seemed to make the carpets look worse.
• They didn’t even move small items like my son’s tent to vacuum behind, leaving bits still on the floor.
• Beds weren’t made, which I’d expect as a basic part of a professional clean.
• The shower plug had not been cleaned as well as the hinges on the door of the shower which still had dirt in it.

When they returned to rectify the work, it still wasn’t up to standard. Their equipment is simply not fit for purpose – they only had a Flash Swiffer mop with a cloth on the end, not a proper mop.

The company also claimed they were sending “two of their best cleaners to deliver everything to the highest standard”, if that was the highest standard I dread to think what other jobs are like.

Overall, this was a huge waste of money. I would not recommend if you are looking for a genuine, thorough deep clean. If you want to pay a ridiculously high price for a rushed, no effort, quick clean then this is the cleaning company for you.

*EDIT* they emailed asking me to delete the review & offered me £50 refund which I accepted but said I’d edit the review, not delete, I am yet to receive the £50 refund! The only point they’ve replied to is that they don’t include making beds in a deep clean, to be honest the beds not being made was the least of my concerns, my biggest concern was the UNCLEAN floors, shower & dust on surfaces after paying £320 for a “deep” clean.

Disappointing experience.
Honestly I don’t know how this service has so many five star reviews. The cleaners showed up 45 minutes late and to the wrong apartment building.
Once they finally arrived, communication was a challenge as the cleaners didn’t speak any English, making it nearly impossible to explain basic instructions or preferences.
They took photos of my apartment without my consent and despite me explicitly telling them not to which is a huge red flag.
The service itself was very average, definitely not what you’d expect for £220. Imagine paying this much for them to pour some cleaner and use a SWIFFER MOP on the floors.
Overall my property WAS NOT CLEANED TO A PROFESSIONAL STANDARD in my opinion. The only thing deep clean was my pockets(one-bedroom apartment with no carpet, so I was expecting a much more thorough job).

Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this service based on my experience- overpriced and underwhelming.

Edit: When I informed the owner/manager via the phone regarding the issues he gaslit me and then the “team” proceeded to start yelling and screaming loudly after which I had to ask them to leave the premises.

Engage their services at your own peril.

I was appalled at the job carried out he used paper towel and Cleaning spray for a supposed deep clean. There was dirt and debris left on floor after vacuuming. I could not possibly recommend this company.

They did a very thorough job and were very nice. Easy to book, quick communication!

Amazing service, I definitely recommend it!
