High standard end of tenancy cleaning
High standard end of tenancy cleaning - The initial booking and payment was fast and efficient. Our cleaner arrived early and was very polite and friendly. After looking around the property he told us how long he expected he would need and that he would call us 30 mins before he finished. He was spot on! The cleaning was done to a high standard throughout - nothing was left untouched (unlike previous experiences with other cleaning companies). The carpets were cleaned really well too. Nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely be using this company again and recommending it to others. Thank you :)

Cleaning incomplete, missed appointments, uncontactable when needed
CMH were supposed to do an end of tenancy clean. Numerous areas were not cleaned properly and they then missed 4 appointments to do the rework and in each case were uncontactable until much later. Over 5 hours wasted waiting for the team to arrive and chasing. A 5th appointment or partial refund was offered. The partial refund was paid promptly.

Brilliant cleaners
We used CMH to clean both the house we moved into and the house we left, both were cleaned brilliantly! The ovens and fridges were thoroughly cleaned. The little corners where dust and cobwebs always seem to collect were all done. We are really happy with the work done on both houses. Thank you!
