I will not recommend using this company. They sent me inexperienced staff. They have no cleaning equipments or chemicals with them . They were using our cloths and sprays for cleaning . They left my property in absolute mess .

End of tenancy clean. Pair of cleaners were great at the job. Cleaned up a lot of burnt on kitchen stains that I couldn't get off at all. Got my full deposit back without issue!

I booked CMH Cleaning Services for an end-of-tenancy clean. They only sent one cleaner, who arrived without any professional cleaning equipment. The service was not carried out to an acceptable standard — my letting agency confirmed that several areas were not properly cleaned, and I have now been charged additional cleaning fees as a result.

I contacted CMH Cleaning Services to explain the situation and request a refund, but they refused. Unfortunately, this experience has cost me both time and money.

I would not recommend CMH Cleaning Services for end-of-tenancy or professional cleaning, as the service did not meet even basic expectations.

Requested an end of tenancy cleaning(#3306) which was not done to the proper standards. The floor was not completely clean and the kitchen clean was inadequate. Furthermore, the kitchen plug was jammed into the sink, which has resulted in money being taken out of our deposit.

Poor quality clean that was actually quite expensive. I have demanded money off the clean as it has caused extra financial problems.

The cleaner was friendly and helpful, everything was done smoothly to a high standard. Brilliant value for money for an end of tenancy clean, I would recommend.

Cleaner done a fantastic job unfortunately it was a big job for her understandably frustrating and I understand that. Very much appreciated to the work that was done. I came back in the house smelt beautiful.

I booked a deep cleaning service for our newly purchased 4-bedroom home prior to moving in, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The service was inconsistent—many internal cabinets in both the bedrooms and bathrooms were completely overlooked. The bathrooms were poorly cleaned, with visible hair, soap scum, and grime left behind. The walls were still visibly dirty, cupboards untouched, and the toilets were far from satisfactory. There was also noticeable damp throughout the showers.

Overall, the property did not feel properly sanitized, and I ended up having to redo a significant portion of the cleaning myself after moving in. I would not recommend this company for deep cleaning services based on my experience.

Great cleaning effort, they came to do a deep clean after I had the house renovated and they did such a great job. Will definitely be coming when needed.

Never again.. we had to pay a top up because the cleaning was cont considered at professional standards. There were even breadcrumb in the drawer. We have made a complaint and there’s no answer.

We hired CMH Cleaning to clean our house before we moved in. They contacted me within less than half of hour of my request for a quote, and were able to book in the clean with only three working days’ notice. The two cleaners were friendly and efficient, the clean was very thorough, and we were delighted with the end result. I would recommend CMH Cleaning and hire them again.

They haven't done a proper carpet cleaning, they said the stain is not removable when I cleaned it it has gone. They left my little room where we keep boiler , bad experience with them. I don't recommend.

Arranged a clean for my grandmothers house that has been empty for some time, and so it was quite a big job. The duo who came out arrived bang on time, and worked incredibly hard! Five and half hours of cleaning later, and it’s looking a million times better. The only feedback I have is regarding the language barrier. We were able to use the translate app on their phone to communicate, but I would recommend checking ahead of time that the person booking does not have any accessibility needs that would prevent this. For me it was no issue, but if my grandmother had been doing this by herself, she would not have been able to read what was on the screen.
