Avoid. I asked for the deepest clean - end of tenancy is how I described it; sent photos, wrote details, agreed a price for the work; added that the house had been empty for a while. The young couple who came - Kaue & Beatrix - started fairly well despite Kaue initially refusing to clean a cupboard's internal walls. However, after starting work downstairs they suddenly disappeared leaving the front door open, leaving dirty cupboards still untouched and the oven thick with a toxic cleaning product. They popped back under pressure from their boss, clearly with no intention of completing the task, and lied about what they had cleaned. We didn't want them back in the house at that point. We eventually got a 50% refund although honestly we should have asked for a full one.

Whenever any points are raised after a clean, our standard procedure is to offer a re-clean to address the specific areas mentioned — particularly when the client is still in the property. In this case, a re-clean was offered but declined.
Although this is outside our usual resolution process, we still arranged a 50% refund as a gesture of goodwill.
We continuously review our procedures and team performance to ensure our service standards remain consistent and reliable.

Horrid experience
Originally everything went ok till payment. First red flag was when I said what my property was and they responded with a price completely different than what it said on the website. I responded that the price given was different than the website and the price was then matched. Afterwards on the day of the clean, the cleaner arrived a few hours later and sent me a message 3 hours after the arrival time. I specifically asked them to leave my key in the letter box which they said they would do but nothing, they left it in a public area instead. On top of that once the clean was done, the state was shocking and had so many dirty parts. The cleaner cleaned some but not all of it and left it as is, especially behind the sink which had plenty of dirt and build up, no attempt was made there. Then when I asked them to get back to me about coming back to clean, it was a hassle and by the time this was arranged I had to involve the estate agent because it took a long time and I no longer had keys to the property. Eventually after going back and forth it was all cleaned up. The estate agent himself told me never to use this company and I learned the hard way as they were absolutely atrocious, so next time I’m going to be paying extra for a better clean. Unless you want to deal with a headache and go back and forth, do not go with this company.

Cleaners arrived late and 'deep' clean was v.poor
Cleaners arrived and hour late and the 'deep clean' was very poor. Following the clean, ceilings and light fixtures still had cobwebs, the kitchen cupboards were still filthy and many surfaces above and below eye-level were not even touched (tops of mirrors, under radiators, etc). I'm extremely disappointed with the clean and would not use their services again.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed. I was advised on the day that the cleaners booked to arrive at 1000, would not arrive until until 1500. After they had arrived and I had left I got a call from a man asking for another £50 or they would not be able to do the job. And then I still had to pay another £60 to the landlord because they hadn’t done a proper Job. If I had any other choice I would have sent them packing when they asked for more money.

I recently organized a cleaning service for my grandmother's house, which had been vacant for a while, making it quite a task. The two-person team showed up precisely on schedule and put in a remarkable effort. After five and a half hours, the place looked vastly improved. The only suggestion I have concerns a language barrier. We managed to communicate using a translation app on their phone, but it would be wise to confirm in advance if the person arranging the service has any accessibility needs that could hinder this method. Although it posed no problem for me, if my grandmother were handling it alone, she wouldn't have been able to read the screen.

Dont use thia company for dwep cleaning.I bought a house which needed deep cleaning badly.So many missed things to be cleaned- the door handles,spider webs everywhere,greasy stains on extractor fan and etc etc.I complained for the service and only £ 40 returned which is nothing on all the missed things and the paid £350

I will not recommend using this company. They sent me inexperienced staff. They have no cleaning equipments or chemicals with them . They were using our cloths and sprays for cleaning . They left my property in absolute mess .
