Poor service and damage to property
.I have used this company before and had good experiences. However, on this occasion several agreed areas were not cleaned, including the balcony, under the bed, under the sofa, and parts of the fridge. The bathroom tap was also damaged during the clean. The company has since provided a full refund, which I appreciate, but this service fell well below expectations.

Deep clean service fell short of expectations
I recently paid for a deep clean of a 1-bed flat. 4 cleaners attended and spent around 2 hours on site.
Unfortunately, the results were disappointing. Dirt remained on top of the fridge-freezer. Ceiling light shades were left dusty. Skirting boards throughout the property, particularly in the bathroom, hadn't been cleaned. For £200, the standard wasn't much better than a basic clean.
I hired a professional cleaner to save time. Having to arrange a 2nd visit to finish the job defeats that purpose entirely. I wouldn't recommend this company.

Worst cleaners imaginable
Worst cleaners imaginable. It was an end of tenancy clean. Grease left on kitchen surfaces, cleaning product residue left in cupboards and in ovens. Dust left on surfaces in bathrooms. Floors, windows toilets, hand basins not cleaned properly. Two young cleaners sent by the company only spoke Portuguese. Bad communication with the main office as well. Do not use.

I"m not one for putting up negative reviews but here we are. Avoid.
Did not deliver a proffessional clean despite us paying £240 for this. Every page on our landlord report was "needs cleaning". They offered to come back to reclean, however did not turn up for this appointment (queue response from them below about how it was hard to arrange an appt with the new tenant who works- ultimately an appointment WAS arranged and they didn't turn up so this argument makes zero sense). We got charged £120 from our landlord specifically for cleaning compensation, this report was sent to them and our landlord suggested to them we need a full refund, however as an "offer of goodwill" they offered us £40 ONLY. Despite clear evidence that they did not provide the services advertised. Do not care about their customers whatsoever. Clean yourself and save yourself £240.

We would like to clarify that a return visit was offered within our guarantee period. However, access arrangements were repeatedly changed, which made it difficult to secure a confirmed time. Despite this, we remained available and willing to return.
Regarding the £120 mentioned, the document provided was not an invoice or proof of payment for cleaning services, but a proposed deduction. As such, we were unable to accept liability based on that alone.
That said, as a gesture of goodwill and to resolve the matter amicably, we offered a £40 refund.

I would not recommend this company for…
I would not recommend this company for an end-of-tenancy clean.
I paid £520 for a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom property to be cleaned to an end-of-tenancy standard. Unfortunately, the service provided was completely unacceptable.
The carpets were not cleaned using a professional machine, despite this being expected as part of an end-of-tenancy clean. They appeared to have been spot-treated with a household stain foam (similar to Vanish) rather than properly shampooed or extracted. The carpets were not even damp after the visit, which confirms that no machine clean was carried out.
The team spent only a few hours at the property, which is not sufficient time to complete a thorough clean of a house of this size and specification.
After raising a formal complaint, no member of management attended the property to inspect the issues in person. Instead, the company relied solely on the word of their operatives and dismissed my concerns. I was also told I was “resending the same photos,” despite the images being retaken after their revisit — which again did not involve machine cleaning.
As a landlord, I received my property back in an unclean state and paid for a professional service to prepare it for new tenants. Instead, I have found myself having to rectify cleaning issues personally.
For £520, I expected a professional end-of-tenancy clean. What was delivered did not meet that standard.

We respectfully disagree with the suggestion that no proper cleaning was carried out. Our team provided before-and-after documentation, and permanent wear or pre-existing staining cannot always be fully removed.

Arrived 5 hours late
Arrived 5 hours late ! Wher on site for one hour and 20 mins and this cost me £280 . The cleaning was OK but didnt include the windows in a small bungalow !
Very Very Expensive - shop around not worth the money !
