Excellent Job - Very Hardworking
Easy to book, and the team was on time. We have a large house with 2 kids and 3 dogs, which needed a deep clean. The team worked extremely hard to get everything up to scratch. Would recommend and will be using them again.

CMH did a great job on my mother's flat. She had lived there for 6 years and we needed an end of tenancy clean. They worked so hard to make the flat look as good as it could do. I really can't recommend them enough and we have had other cleaning companies.
We are very grateful.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave this review. A flat lived in for six years is a real end of tenancy job, so we're very pleased the team could get it looking its best.
Coming from someone who has used other cleaning companies, your recommendation means a great deal to us.

Avoid – Extremely Unprofessional End of Tenancy Service
Shambolic service from start to finish. Our experience with CMH Cleaning Services was so poor that I feel other customers should be aware.
We booked an end-of-tenancy clean around a month in advance, accepted the quoted price, and paid a 50% deposit to secure a 10:00 a.m. booking on 4 July.
At 11:37 p.m. the night before, we received a WhatsApp message saying their van had broken down and asking if they could instead arrive at 3:00–3:30 p.m. Anyone familiar with end-of-tenancy cleaning knows this is normally a half-day job, so starting in the late afternoon was completely impractical. When I asked how many cleaners would be attending, they replied that it would be "one to two cleaners," meaning that less than 12 hours before the booking they didn't even know how many staff they were sending.
We live around 90 minutes away from the property, so this disruption caused significant inconvenience. Even after rearranging, nobody arrived on time. At 3:10 p.m. I had to chase them, only to be told they were delayed in traffic and would arrive in "9 minutes."
When the cleaner eventually arrived, only one person, a very young man, attended. He spoke little English, making communication extremely difficult, and appeared to have very limited equipment and cleaning supplies for what was supposed to be a professional end-of-tenancy clean. This also made the earlier explanation about their broken-down van difficult to understand, as only one person arrived by car with minimal equipment.
The quality of the cleaning was well below what had been advertised and paid for. We later found that:
The lounge floor had to be washed again by us.
The tops of the kitchen cupboards had not been cleaned.
Basic finishing checks had been missed, including leaving a light on and a window open.
Despite paying the balance in full on the day, we still have not received an invoice, despite requesting one over 10 days later. My WhatsApp message requesting the invoice has been seen but ignored.
Overall, the experience was disorganised and unprofessional from start to finish: last-minute changes, poor communication, late arrival, inadequate staffing, an unsatisfactory standard of cleaning, and no after-sales service whatsoever.

Excellent communication throughout from the quote, booking and on the day before and of the day the team arrived. This was a moving in gift for our granddaughter and family. She has reported that the team were great and made the oven shine!

Excellent service
Sergio spent 7 hours non stop, cleaning my house from top to bottom. Everywhere was cleaned to a very high standard, including cleaning the hall carpet and rug. Sergio spoke only limited English, but we managed to communicate perfectly well using his translator app. I would most certainly recommend this company, and Sergio in particular.

Reliable
Reliable, friendly and did a good job. Be sure to be precise about the property size/rooms/flights of stairs when booking as I had to pay extra on the day of cleaning for the flat being bigger than a usual 2bed.

Thank you for taking the time to leave this review, and for the advice to other customers — it's exactly right.
Our quotes are calculated from the property details given at booking: size, number of rooms and flights of stairs. The more accurate those details, the more accurate the price. Where a property turns out to be larger than declared, we always discuss the adjustment with the customer before any work begins, never afterwards.
We're really pleased the clean itself went well, and we look forward to helping again.

Best cleaning service from CMH cleaning. In the past, i have used other cleaning services where they failed to deliver good results. I had pleasure of meeting Leandro, a professional cleaner, who made sure no spot was left, he cleaned even the spots or areas i forgot to ask him to clean. Will definitely use and recommend CMH clesning services to everyone.

We booked for a deep cleaning session
We booked for a deep cleaning session. We are thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and customer friendly service. The cleaners were very patient and paid attention to small details. Especially the lady : Ana was always smiling and was kind although there was language barrier. Even when they were about to finish, I asked for additional cleaning and they helped without hesitation.

Outstanding Service
I booked CMH Cleaning for an after builders clean. The house was mostly empty bar a few new furniture items and all new kitchen appliances. We had Leandro on the day and he was absolutely incredible. He was meticulous with the clean and kept apologising for taking a long time, but he was so thorough we had zero complaints. He arrived promptly, had all the correct equipment and materials to carry out the job and left the house immaculate.
I cannot recommend this company enough. Easy to book, amazing service and excellent communication throughout the process too. Definitely one to use again!
