I have been a cloud nine customer for 14 years and have stayed the whole time due to the quality of the products and also customer service. My most recent purchase was on 2024 which was an upgrade for myself and I had registered for extended warranty. The first time ever I had an issue over the past 14 years with my cloud nine product and it was due to a short in wiring which was quickly resolved under that warranty directly with cloud nine customer services. I appreciated the time and effort taken to help with my warranty cover and am happy to say I will still be a cloud nine customer forever! Thank you cloud nine for your excellent products and services.

Superior hair dryer
Super sale price, super fast delivery, packaged beautifully. Dryer is excellent, quiet, efficient without excessive heat, speeds and heat control excellent too. Accessories very easy to change - magnetic off and on are great. Heat settings are very gently but effective - couldnt be happier.

Great promotion and value for money.
The dryer itself is pretty decent for power. The changeable heads are really useful.
The volumisers are good too. Definitely gives a lasting lift to the roots and easy to use.

Disappointed
I really wanted to give 5 stars as my new hairdryer and straightening iron are actually quite good. However one of the hairdryer attachments is faulty and doesn’t seem to have a magnetic component on it as does the other attachments. It doesn’t attach to the hairdryer and customer service have said they can’t replace it as they don’t have spare parts. So apparently I’ll have to pack everything up and send it all back and await a whole brand new boxed hairdryer replacement. I just feel this is just a bit unnecessary and over the top. I do not want to be without my hairdryer as I travel frequently and grooming is a necessity of my job. I don’t see why they can’t pull it out of their on hand stock and send that!
