My cloud nine hair straightener recently stopped working after a few years of use. I absolutely loved it and had been my favourite styling tool to date. I reached out to customer service to see if there was anything they could do and was greeted by incredible customer service. Liz from the team went above and beyond and was so lovely to deal with! I look forward to receiving my replacement soon!

Replacement: Very happy with the result!
Unfortunately my wide iron pro stopped working after 2 years, but thanks to a good warranty and excellent service, I've just received my replacement and I'm really impressed how smooth the process was. Everything was done online and I was even able to track delivery and it arrived safely and very quickly.
The replacement already feels great on my hair. So after slight disappointment of missing my iron for a week or so, I am really happy with the result!

Excellent cloud 9 hair straightener
I ordered my new cloud 9 hair straightener with ease on the website
I was pleasantly surprised that my straightener turned up the next day
So far the new updated straightener is wonderful and I love the new vibrating plates makes my hair feel softer

Warranty claim
My straightener stopped working a couple of days prior to the end of the warranty period. I filed a claim online and was really impressed with how easy the process was. I returned my straightener and within a couple of weeks, received a brand new straightener in the mail. Very happy with the customer service.
