My recent experience has been nothing short of a disaster, characterized by poor logistics and even worse customer communication.
First, your choice of courier is incredibly inconvenient. DHL offers no parcel shop collection options and limits deliveries strictly to Monday through Friday. For a modern retailer, this lack of flexibility is unacceptable.
Second, your customer service is dreadful. I contacted you days ago to request a refund because the parcel was being returned to your warehouse. My email was ignored for several days. It was only when I threatened to leave a negative review that I received a response within the hour.
To make matters worse, the response I received was condescending and redundant. Being told that "the parcel was not delivered and is coming back to us" is an insult to my intelligence, considering that is exactly what I told your team in my initial message.

Thank you for your review. I’m sorry to hear that you’re unhappy with your recent order and the service received.
We have looked into this and can confirm that, according to the courier’s tracking information, delivery was attempted on multiple occasions, with each attempt recorded as no answer at the property.
As you had previously requested a refund following confirmation of the failed delivery attempts, the return to sender was processed accordingly.
I can also confirm that the parcel has now been returned to us and the refund was issued on the 17th.
Please be assured that your feedback regarding both the courier service and our response times has been noted and will be reviewed.

Using the site was not bad but the delivery service you have chosen to use is not great. I used you as it was next day delivery and I'm yet to receive my parcels.
I cannot even get hold of dhl to find my stock & get confirmation of a delivery date. I would look at other companies that use another delivery service due to this issue.
