The mini straightener was all I needed for my hairstyle!
Well I had looked at a couple of straighteners at a shop before making my decision. Even though I could’ve purchased the original classic with other items thrown in, I realised the mini was all I needed for my hairstyle, which wasn’t even offered to me at the shop. The the ordering of product was easy as and the delivery was quicker than I anticipated. It’s so easy and lightweight to use. Might even take it on holidays too!

Didn’t get August free gift despite ordering in August
The next day after I ordered they had a free hot brush gift with August orders. I wouldn’t have ordered mine that day, I wrote to customer service and was told there was nothing they could do.
Edit I asked for a return mail slip and was told it’s at my expense to return and then buy the product again even though I bought the product in August and the promotion is for August and wasn’t available when I made my purchase.

Initially my item was delivered to the wrong location. That took weeks to get sorted. In that time I purchased a GHD.
Trying to communicate with Cloud Nine is frustrating as you can't actually speak to a person. It's all email which is slow.
The quality of the product itself is less than I anticipated. The free gift is so poorly designed it is the size fits for a child. I enquired about my warranty if I needed to apply that or if it is automatically applied and have had no response. I'd never purchase from Cloud Nine again.

The website is very easy to use. I found the product easily and it was delivered very quickly, within days. I have used the straightener several times and it is an excellent product. Probably the best straightener I’ve ever used. I love the vibration. At first I thought it was a bit weird but after using it a few times it’s fine. I’m not very good at styling my hair but this has made the job very easy and efficient. I highly recommend cloud nine.

Purchased from Cloud9 online directly, it arrived promptly via express post, smooth transaction, very pleased, however, the product was faulty and died, having to be returned after only two weeks, around 3 uses. Customer service is so slow to deal with, responses take 24/48 hours minimum, and there is no phone number to sort it out upfront. One plus weeks without a straightener is not ideal, I am not prepared to go and spend more money on a temporary one whilst waiting for a replacement given the price I paid for my mini iron, believing I was paying for quality! After my previous Cloud9 lasted a decade, this is poor form. Temu is literally easier and quicker to deal with than Cloud9. Hopeless customer service. Seeing as you want to be petty Cloud9 and keep flagging my review, here is the verbatim copy of the one I've left on your website. Also interesting to note that a complete failure of a premium product within such a short time frame gives me the option of a REFUND upfront, rather than you decide for me to send a replacement a week after the issue was raised. This is against Australian consumer laws. The way this mess has been dealt with is disgraceful.

I have been a cloud nine customer for 14 years and have stayed the whole time due to the quality of the products and also customer service. My most recent purchase was on 2024 which was an upgrade for myself and I had registered for extended warranty. The first time ever I had an issue over the past 14 years with my cloud nine product and it was due to a short in wiring which was quickly resolved under that warranty directly with cloud nine customer services. I appreciated the time and effort taken to help with my warranty cover and am happy to say I will still be a cloud nine customer forever!
