Bar stools - just what we wanted …
The bar stools are lovely and perfect for where we need them. They came very quickly (4 days from order to delivery) and well packed. Unfortunately one of the stools rocked. Communication with the company was first class. Within a week we had two new stools.

Our four chairs were as we expected…
Our four chairs were as we expected however two of the legs were packaged with scratches which was not the courier company but came from the original source. Customer service were helpful and we agreed a final outcome due to our needing the chairs urgently.

Selling products without relevant safety info
This company are selling products without any electrical safety information. A bathroom cabinet with plugs inside with no IP rating should not be sold in the UK. They are then claiming to have sent the safety info via email but nothing arrives.
Update 1 - I was sent a smaller document now but it is an EMC conformity certificate which has nothing to with safety in a bathroom.
Update 2 - I have been refunded although they still claim the cabinets are safe which I do not personally believe and their claim they have sold many before and people are happy just makes me worry for the safety of others.

Excellent service ! Ordered 2 chairs which didn't match my kitchen, therefore unfortunately had to return them

I ordered 6 chairs and 2 breakfast…
I ordered 6 chairs and 2 breakfast stools. 2 out of 6 chairs did have slight defects however after contacting clipop customer service they quickly resolved this by sending out two new chairs. The replacements arrived quick and in perfect condition. I highly recommend clipop!

I’m still waiting for table top
I’m still waiting for table top. 4 table legs delivered a few weeks ago, then two chairs then another two chairs. DHL have promised delivery on a few occasions. Today table top is supposed to be delivered it’s gone 5 and I’m still waiting.

Good quality chairs at decent prices
Saw an ad for them on Facebook and was sceptical but saw that the reviews on here were decent so decided to order a set of 2 chairs to see how it is. Delivery was quick, chairs arrived, very easy to put together, and are very comfortable, no complaints so far.

I don’t normally give 5* reviews but this company is amazing, they kept me informed throughout and the chairs l got are lovely, they are well made and comfy to sit on, delivery was amazing, they came next day, easy to assemble and look lovely in my dining area.
