Had a rip in one chair and a dent in one of the back leg. I wanted a replacement sent but all they gave me was a £30 refund which doesn’t cover the cost of one chair. Very disappointed and wouldn’t use CLIPOP again

After reviewing your case again, we understand that you originally requested a replacement for the affected chair. Unfortunately, we misunderstood your response and incorrectly took it as acceptance of the £30 partial refund. We sincerely apologise for this misunderstanding.
We completely understand that a £30 refund does not resolve the issue when one of the chairs has a rip and a dent on the back leg. Since you have already provided us with photos of the damage, there is no need to send them again.
We would like to make this right for you. Would you be happy for us to arrange a replacement for the affected chair instead? If so, please let us know, and we will proceed with the replacement for you.

Amazing quality!
We haven’t put the chairs/bar stools together yet. But we’ve had them out of the box. Absolutely stunning, we are made up with the quality. I’m always unsure about ordering from somewhere new. But the reviews on these guys reassured us. Will definitely order again.

Don't touch this company with a bargepole.
An update on our fight to get the money we paid the engineer refunded.
This shower replied to my post and said they were still happy to talk to me directly.
So I sent them a message a week ago spelling out what we want on their contact us webpage.
I hadn't heard back by today so I've just called a mobile number listed on the same site.
A Chinese woman who speaks little English picked up.
I asked her if she works for the company's customer services and she was very vague.
Finally she told me their so-called 'post-sales care' team is based in China and she obviously acts as a kind of go-between.
She's promised to contact her colleagues in China and get back to me - but I'm not holding my breath.
Yet another reason for people here in the UK to be extremely wary about ordering furniture from this mob.
Don't touch this company with a bargepole.
We ordered four dining room chairs from them.
We were unable to assemble them because the bolts didn't match the holes.
We had to call in a contact who's an engineer - not just a handyman but an engineer - to put the Chinese-made Christie dining chairs together.
And he was forced to use specialist equipment, including a grinder, to do it - and it took him quite some time too.
An absolute joke.
But it wasn't in the least funny when we gave our furious feedback to Clipop - and demanded the money back that we'd paid the engineer.
They have refused to pay us back a penny.
What an outrageous way to treat honest customers, cheating us out of the money we forked out just to be able to sit down on their chairs!
Shameless, duplicitous, unacceptable.
So be careful if you thinking of ordering furniture from this brazen, immoral shower - be very careful.

We’d like to clarify that if there is ever an issue with any of our products, we always encourage our customers to contact us directly. We have a dedicated after-sales service team and are committed to providing appropriate solutions, including replacement parts or product replacement where necessary.
In this case, unfortunately, we did not receive any notification from you regarding the issue before you arranged an independent repair. As a result, we were unable to assess the problem or provide a solution for you at the time.
We certainly would not want our customers to have to spend a significant amount on an independent repair when we may have been able to resolve the issue through our after-sales service.
If you ever experience a problem with a CLIPOP product, please contact us first. We’re always here to help and will do our best to provide a quick and appropriate solution.

Ordered a set of six dining chairs , really lovely. Shipped promptly and arrived fast. Warehouse did mis label and I received one wrong item but this was sorted out so fast and with amazing customer service! I wouldn't hesitate to buy from here again.

I brought the 2 bar stools and matching dining room chairs. Delivery was super quick packaged very well , very easy instructions just had to put legs on, these look amazing everyone who has come as commented on how comfy they are too highly recommend this company

The sofa is solid and offers a great balance of firmness and comfort; it’s also a generous size when converted into a bed. Although there was a minor hiccup with the initial delivery, customer service was excellent. After I contacted them, they switched delivery companies and the sofa arrived swiftly within three days. Great product and thorough follow-up service. 5 stars!
