Thank you so much - we're glad you enjoyed shopping with us.
Excellent customer service
I ordered 6 bras through an offer email and the promocode did not work. I thought I was out of time for the offer and when I received the bras literally a few days later, I realised I wasn't. I emailed and queried the promo code and the problem was quickly rectified and the discount credited to my account. I could not ask for more and am delighted at the excellent customer service.

Hi Kim - thank you very much for that great feedback. We're glad you keep coming back and we look forward to serving you again.
Poor size search
There doesn't seem to be any way to search for particular bra sizes other than to choose a make & model first. Fortunately I know what model bras from which company comes in my size. Otherwise I would have given up on the site after 5 minutes.
Please introduce a decent size finder. I'm sure you used to have one.

Hi Amanda - Thank you for the feedback. I assume that you are using a tablet or a mobile. On the desktop version of the site there is a search box at top right, where you can enter a size and find all the items that would fit you. Unfortunately it doesn't appear on the screen if you're using a tablet or mobile. I have asked the developers to work out a way to include it in future. Andrew
Update - our clever developers have now fixed the problem and you can search by size on mobile and smartphone. Just click the magnifying glass in the top menu bar
