I ordered 2 pairs of what appeared to be well made sandals The colors were nice and they arrived well packaged BUT the quality was terrible, cheap and poorly constructed. They responded quickly to my inquiry for refund/exchange options and then communication went down the toilet. The responses were addressed to someone else’s name and there was no place to insert the reorder code on the site when ordering replacements The customer service is terrible No phone number to speak to a representative Will be contacting my state’s Attorney General office and BBB DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY You will Be Sorry!!

I ordered a jacket back in August and they showed me a shipping timeframe which stopped a couple days after the order went in… Of course they took my $70 and now they’re not responding to me! No phone number… I have emailed them several times and they won’t even open up the emails… a total scam! My mistake was not checking on them before I made the order… As they have a totally unsatisfactory reading.

If I could do a zero, I would do it. I thought I was ordering from a family business in Florida, and nothing could be further from the truth. When I finally received the dress I ordered, and it didn’t fit, I had to return it since I couldn’t get a new one in time for the event I was going to. That was July. I shipped the dress back at my cost and they received it at the end of July and I still have yet to get a refund that was promised to me. This company is a scam. I bet the photo they had on the Facebook page and website is a stock photo.

I placed an order 3 months ago. Finally got someone to answer me and they said they were sorry my order was over looked and they were sending it right away. Got an email with tracking number that was fake!! I’ve asked for my money back 2 different times with no answers!! I’m very pissed off 😡

Complete scam. There customer service replies once with what seems to be concerns to only buy enough time for your card to be processed. Then you NEVER hear back from them

I ordered a dress from what is called Wilson Family Palm Beach Florida. When it arrived is it was TOTALLY different from what I ordered. The dress wasn't the same design, was not the same color and was extra small and I ordered an extra large. I notified Wilson Family and after much research realized the Wilson Family is from China and has absolutely no connection to Palm Beach Florida. They actually have 100's of complaints people in USA that have been scammed. They in China also have a fake mailing...not to our post offices in America. They mail their merchandise to an illegal site in America and that illegal site has employees that delivers package to your location. The very young girl that delivered my package to my home was driving a sports car while smoking her cigarette and hurried up to my house and put package on my porch and hurriedly left. I notified my cc company to refund my account and the cc refunded me but China recharged my account again!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THE WILSON FAMILY PALM BEACH FL. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! THEY HAVE SCAMMED SO MANY AMERICANS!! MANY MANY COMPLAINTS ON WEB!!! I lost $60..many Americans have lost 100's of dollars!!!

This is a complete scam company. Never got the item I ordered and they won't refund my money.

The dress that was sent wasn't even the one in the picture. Cheap, looked like printed wallpaper, was not a flowing 2 material dress. Do not order from this company. I tried to return for a refund and the best they would offer was to not ship the dress back and a 10% refund on a future order. That didnt even happen and had to go through my creditcard company and only then did I receive %100 refunded to my card.

I ordered two blouses on the 1of august, I received them the 18. They did not fit at all. I contacted them to return them and I kept trying when they finally emailed and wanted the order # and email I ordered from, I had sent it four times. I finally got a email that if I wanted to return them I would have to pay shipping to china which could be $45. or they cod give refund of 10% of original price or a 50% off another item in their store. No where on their site did it say returns would have to go to china. It is very deceiving on their website. DONT BUY

They mis-shipped an item to me. They admit the dress was not what I ordered (after numerous emails) and they refused to refund my money. They said I could keep the dress but only get a 20% refund. I have a dress that I do not want and I am currently in dispute with this company through my credit card company. Do Not Buy From Them.

Outfit didn’t fit, pants way too large and baggy. Material was very cheap feeling.No way to exchange or return for a reasonable price.

The items were not as they appeared in the photo. Returning was difficult. Even though the company reports being in Florida, the items had to be returned to China at greater expense.
The goods were shipped from Illinois. I would have much preferred returning the dresses domestically and avoided the international cost, but I just want them out of my house.

My account was hacked shortly after the transaction. In addition to all the other negative reviews this is a real issue. BEWARE! Products are crap and site is harvesting your info

It took several weeks for the product (a dress to arrive). When it did, it was cheap, wrinkled, did not match the presentation of the article on their website. Now I find that to return the product and get a refund I have to return it to a foreign address and instead they are pushing a 75% credit to buy something else, or a 20% refund! They are suggesting that it is expensive to return the item. I would never order another item from this company. They are a sham!

Horrible, deceptive company and clothing. You pay, don’t like, they keep your money and offer a lousy 10% refund. Costs a fortune ($25-40) to return to China! And they want you fill out a form to return. Therefore making a frustrating impossible experience. They have a phony storefront on the website. Lying scammers! Don’t order a thing!!

Scam. CHINA BASED COMPANY. NOT A PALM BEACH BOUTIQUE. Return policy is a scam. After five emails, I finally received instructions for a return and the item MUST BE SENT BACK TO CHINA. IT WAS $60.00 shipping cost to return the $59 dress. I’m stuck with it. Cheap polyester poorly made. Scam. No phone number. No address. No reviews on their posts. It’s a scam.

The Wilson Family is a scam from China..Not Palm Beach! Returns are to CHINA not the US. AT YOUR EXPENSE. Total scam. No store in Palm Bch, no phone, terrible customer service....inferior goods....bottom line: no refund. This website should be shut down.
