Excellent Service
All the items I have received have been genuine and of the highest quality. The shopping process has been easy and the dispatch quick. They keep you updated for each step of their service, so you know your goods are on their way. I live in Canada, so the mailing takes longer, but the packaging and protection of the items during transit is excellent.

Ordered and paid for 2 items - only one was in stock
Out of stock items should be noted as such and not made available to pay for. Requested refund Feb 6th - still awaiting refund on February 17th. The item I did receive was fine.

Hi Yvette. Thank you for your feedback and I am very sorry that we didn't meet expectations this time. Out of stocks are rare but we appreciate how frustrating they can be. Normally we are able to replenish within 24 hours, but in this case the manufacturer was out of stock also.Additionally, I apologise that we missed your email asking for the refund - we have refunded you now.
Excellent service to be highly recommended
Easy website, fair prices and amazing service. Would recommend without hesitation.

Thank you for that lovely feedback, Dawn. We are glad to hear that you are happy with our service.
Very pleased.
My friend recommended this site, saying they had the bras she liked at the best price anywhere. I'd tried hers and liked it, so I bought one. I was so happy, I just ordered three more. Shipping to the US does take a bit longer than I'd like, but can't beat their prices & return policy.

Thank you very much for your great comments. We recently started with a new courier service to the US which may be a little quicker and is always tracked so you may get your order sooner this time.
