Trouble with being charged twice but the lovley Tori from the customer service team got in contact very quickly when i used the support chat on the app and refunded me within ten minutes of the false charge!

I’ve been working with Circuit Laundry for over 7 years at Highlight Thomas Street, and it has truly been a pleasure. A very special mention must go to Warren, who has been supporting our site for many years now. He is incredibly kind, reliable, and always goes above and beyond to make sure our machines are working perfectly. Whenever we need him, he’s there, gets the job done, and fixes every issue with such care and professionalism — we genuinely adore him. He is a real credit to the Circuit Laundry team and absolutely deserves recognition. I’d also like to say how impressed I’ve always been with the desk team; every person we speak to is clearly very well trained, friendly, and so helpful, with quick responses whenever we call. It’s a pleasure to work with Circuit Laundry, and having someone like Warren on the team makes it even more special. I worked with Circuit to photograph two new laundry rooms they had opened recently. Katie Urquhart who I met at the student accommodation was a great help, showing me where to go and ensuring students knew what was happening. She was clearly passionate about the job and made an effort with both me and the students we interacted with during the shoot. My experience with the other staff members at Circuit was also great, and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again.

Whilst Circuit laundry is not my favourite company in the world the customer service is brilliant. I spoke to Tori today as I couldn't find the credit they had given me. She was able to explain where it was very quickly.

Another great visit from Jamie Silcox (Customer Relations Manager). It is always lovely to see Jamie here at Lancaster Uni - bright, cheerful, super helpful, efficient and responsive. If there's something he can't resolve or respond to himself, it is always followed up on our behalf and passed to the relevant member of staff.

Recently, we needed some help with adding some accessibility features to one of our launderettes on site and Jamie had this sorted within 24 hours of me speaking to him. Great in helping us to provide the best student experience here at LU.

I had a great experience with the customer service. Tori was nice and very helpful. The refund was also done in minutes.

The University of strathclyde laundry bar has exceeded my expectations. The machines were well taken care of and well sorted out. Katie was very helpful and lively, we are lucky to have her :) Great overall. She deserves a raise !

Circuit provide the laundry facilities at the Welkin Residences, formerly student accommodation for the University of Brighton and now keyworker accommodation for the East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust.
We get regular visits from Rob Gubby who keeps the facility working well and I am really pleased with the new digital payment facility, which has dramatically cut the amount of time staff spend helping residents with the app. Great improvement!

Craig arrived on site UPP Blenheim introducing himself with a friendly smile explaining why he was on site and what he was there to do. i asked if there was a code for staff to use the washers he contacted the office and got me the code. He is a credit to your company friendly with a smile.

Spoke to Ellie today, and the customer service was great. Very fast and efficient

They are super quick with emails and helpful. I had a problem that I emailed them about and they were quick to respond and give a refund. I appreciate it.

They are robbers. My payment didn’t go through on one bank account, so I payed with a different one. When I checked my accounts I saw that it has taken money from both bank accounts but only one lot of funds has been added to by circuit laundry account. Spoke to Sully in Customer service who has been useless and they refuse to give me a refund or coupon. They are stealing money from already broke uni students, preying on these people because we have no other choice then to use their machines. Which are often dirty or broken and unreliable and ridiculously over priced
