I'm sorry to write this review. If anything went wrong with the machines or the app or anything, I never got my money back. I am fortunate to not need this anymore, as I moved to another place. I have some small amount on my account still - I'm giving it to you freely. I just hope I will never have to deal with you again. My experience dates from years 2019 to 2023.

We at Capitol Students in Edinburgh have been using Circuit for 3 plus years so far and are excellent, they are quick at sorting problems when things go wrong and getting staff out. Katie, the customer relations manager is great. She is cheerful, looks after our student property in Gorgie Edinburgh very well and gave us advice on how to properly maintain the washing machine and dryer.
