Slow next day delivery, poor customer service
I ordered a shirt a week ago and paid for next day delivery. It still hasn't arrived. I've reached out to customer services to rectify the issue, but they are painfully slow at responding and when they did eventually respond, they didn't read the email properly which has exacerbated the issue.

Withdraws money and sends nothing
*Update: Still no respons from customer service, but i did receive a mail, that they have shipped the item.
Overall experience still lousy customer service, and a bad experience, since they withdraw the money so early in the proces.

Ive placed an order an expected that they would ship within a week, but they didnt.
I havent hear anything, i wrote their customer services and they are not answering aswell.
I assumed it was a legit company, as they promote them selves being sold at high end stores.
But they dont care with their reputation, they are just here to make money.

I have been regularly ordering from Che Studios. Great brand and style.
The polos are second to none in my opinion, wash really well and good quality. I recently ordered the linen shirts and trousers that fit really well, light weight, great quality to.
I would highly recommend ordering from them.

Hopeless customer service and…
Hopeless customer service and communication on order still not received. Give impression that they are a high end brand. They are not.
Advising that “Team Che” will deal with your message in 24 hours is not good enough especially when they actually provide no meaningful response in 48hours plus.
Now worried about the quality of the items if and when they arrive.

Not worth it
EDIT: After some chasing, I have now received a response from the customer service team and they've agreed to replace the poor quality shorts
Their clothes look cool but are actually cheaply made and of poor quality. Shocking customer service - no replies to emails, instagram messages, no way to communicate with the company. I won’t be buying again from them
