Excellent and professional delivery packaging and items.

I am loathed ever to give a one star review. It’s certainly not the clothing which is high quality, stylish and imaginative, but rather consistent problems with sizing (not consistent across items or with the online measuring guide) and the poor customer service I have experienced the last week (no reply for 5 days and I am left hanging).

The online size guide kept telling me I was XXL and it said that was 42-44 chest. I ordered XL and XXL just in case am in 2/3 of the items I ordered (a jumper and polo top) the XL was like a tent (48 chest) and the XL 50-52 (so marquee size).

Each time an item is returned it costs £3. Not a huge amount but when the sizing guide is so wrong and the sizes are so variable it doesn’t feel like my choice or my issue that I’m returning things.

I eventually got L in everything and they fit (like they fit the models in the photos and how they are wearing them/how it’s intended to be worn).

I got one reply a week ago from the inbox and someone incredibly helpful-sounding replied and gave me some better options and since then, despite confirming the same day and two email chasers since (each 48 hours apart) I have heard nothing.

Time is ticking on the return window now so it looks like (bizarrely enough) I’m just going to have to return what I have for refund not exchange.

Do Che actually want people buying their clothes?!

As I say the quality of the clothes I have tried is excellent, the feel and design equally so.

Customer service and sizing guidance far less so.

I Love the brand. Great designs and exclusive enough to keep me individual in my clothing choice.

Very satisfied with the quality of the products ordered, the only inconvenience was that sometimes I had to do all the customs formalities, even though the website specified that it was not necessary.

I ordered an item more than 15 days ago and the order is still not fulfilled. There has been no communication or update regarding the delay. Customer service has ignored all my emails and messages. Very disappointing experience. Not serious and definitely not recommended.

Firstly, their customer service was excellent. Unfortunately, the quality of the two pairs of shorts I ordered was poor. More like pajamas than casual clothing. But mostly, be careful ordering outside the UK - they charge £40 (USD53, AUD80) for international returns.

I wanted to return an item which I ordered online. I live in Dubai and my understanding is that I need to ship it back to you through a courier whilst bearing the cost. This is totally unacceptable as my experience with other online shopping outlets even when overseas is that they arrange to send an agent to pick up the return item from my home address at zero charge. I'm very disappointed.
