Placed an order on 13 March for a pair of ivory swim shorts and a matching shirt, and received my order on 19 March. To my disappointment the shorts appeared more pinkish than advertised, with a couple of stains and a loose thread. They were also slightly too large for me.

I immediately contacted their customer service and very quickly got a response from Alison with the promise of a replacement pair (and in a smaller size). She was going to send the request over to their warehouse and get back to me as soon as possible with an update.

A whole month later, on 22 April, she reached out again, explained that there could be a variance in the colours and asked if I still wanted to go ahead with the replacement. I again confirmed but have since then not heard anything more from her or received the replacement I was promised, despite having again contacted them twice after this myself.

I’m now left with a pair of stained swim shorts that are too big for me and don’t match the shirt they’re supposed to be worn with. Very sad about this as their designs are very nice and unique. Do yourself a favour and purchase from another company with better quality products that actually cares about their customers.

Packaging come after ages, I had to email them to chase my order . When I received my order that packages were in cheap plastic bag from china. There wasn’t no boxes to show presentation. I regret spending over £40 on things that i could’ve got from Ali express . Won’t be purchasing again.

I’m a long standing Ché studios customer and they have delivered an excellent range of quality products. With every new launch they keep delivering with new styles that are in keeping with the brand ethos.

I’ve had the Sunseeker swim shorts for a few years and they are a great fit. I wear them once a week and they have kept their shape and colour given an excellent design and the hard wearing yet comfortable fabric. I have a number of jumpers as I really like the various styles that Ché have launched, all have been incredibly warm, well fitted, durable and comfortable.

I would highly recommend the bodywear range, these are superb products, in particular the T-shirt and Trunks. The fit for both are superb and the soft fabric makes them incredibly comfortable. I haven’t come across underwear as well fitting and comfortable from any other brand and at an excellent price.

I’ve only ever had to return one item a couple of years ago due to fit not being quite right for me but and had no issues with a quick refund and customer experience.

Absolute fraud of a company. If you order something and it don't fit, forget ever getting refunded or your item exchanged as they never get back to you one they tell you they've received it. Avoid!!

Same as another poster on here I ordered an item that was out of stock and offered the same solution, however I did have the Oatmeal Linen shirt in return to the Ivory Cardigan and instead of a full refund I recieved back the difference that I paid for the initial order straight away.

I did find Alison great to deal with and she was very helpful with sorting my order very quickly as well as the money back so I have to say on my experience the customer service was very good, efficient and easy to deal with

Having purchased items from Selfridges before i thought i would buy directly from the company. BIG MISTAKE. Dreadful customer service. Ordered and paid for a top via PayPal. Next day received an email stating that the item was out of stock and let them know ASAP if I would like a different colour or size.
I replied almost immediately that I wasn't interested in anything else and would like a refund.
Three emails later, I haven't received a reply or a refund. It seems that Alison doesn't bother to reply to emails. I'm just about to open a claim via PayPal
I will never shop with this company again.

I’m loving the style, fit, and fabric. The only problem I have with the product is the elasticated waistband. I bought 4 pairs of shorts and the waistband has gone on 3 of them. I know they aren’t the most expensive tailored swim shorts but for the price I would expect some form of quality control when they leave the distributor. Sort yourselves out guys as you have a great product just need to sort out a few little tweaks here and there. Also a replacement scheme for products that are faulty would be very helpful.

Did not receive next day delivery as advertised, then when item arrived a cheaper vest was sent instead of a T-shirt tried contacting customer service twice to get a response about returning item and got nothing.
I will not be ordering from them again as they charged me for an item I did not receive and will not provide returns information at their cost for an item I did not order.

I placed an order in this store for 300 pounds. The goods were delivered to Spain, but they did not suit me. After communicating with customer service, I followed all the store's instructions and requests, and at my own expense, I sent the goods back to the UK. Unfortunately, the goods were not accepted by the CHE store and are being returned to me. In total, I spent around 350 pounds on the goods, on shipping them back to the UK at my own expense, and now I'm receiving these goods back. I am extremely disappointed with this service and strongly advise you against using this store's services under any circumstances.

Having recently placed a last minute order for an upcoming holiday I would definitely recommend Chè.

The items arrived the next day, and all were as advertised. Great quality and stylish designs, I particularly like the Marley polo which fits great and is very comfortable.

I also contacted customer service to help with finding the correct fit for some of the items and they steered me towards the right options to suit me.

Hoping they bring out some drawstring options for swim shorts this summer as they are the preferred choice for me.

Overall I’m extremely happy with my order, and will definitely be shopping again with Chè in the future.

ordered for the first (and last) time. they were out of stock of something i ordered, instead of offering the same style but in a different colour at the same price i got… nothing! their customer service team (Alison) is unhelpful and dismissive, i will never shop with again.

Che Studios is my new favorite clothing brand. Their polos are the highest quality and the fabric is very luxe feeling. Clothes also stand the test of time with multiple washes and still performing like they are brand new.

I've had one issue with a button popping off a pair of shorts and their CS team immediately took care of and sent me a new pair.

Very happy with Che and highly recommend the brand to men looking to elevate their wardrobe :)

Recently got a Quinn polo and an Elias crochet polo - without doubt the best quality shirts I own, have been a massive summer staple for me; great designs and even better quality. Delivery fast and reliable for me too.

Great website and customer service, bought from them several times now and always had a great experience.

Received a lot of compliments on both the Valbonne shirt and Sunseeker swim shorts whilst away with friends for a wedding. Really happy with the quality and finish of the items, will definitely be purchasing again!

Probably the worst and most unprofessional clothing brand I've ever dealt with.

I ordered a pair of runner shorts almost a month ago and recently received a mail from their customer service telling me the product I ordered is out of stock (even though it was displayed as available on the website).

I then had to choose another pair of shorts from the other colors and replied within an hour. Due to the "fast delivery" promoted on their website, I expected my "new" order to arrive within a week or two but up to this day (21st of August) I didn't even receive a confirmation mail that my order has been shipped. As a matter of fact I didn't even get a reply back from their customer service addressing the issue.

I'll certainly NEVER shop at Ché Studios again, a wannabe high fashion brand with the worst customer service imaginable.
