I recently purchased a Corsa for my partner as her first starter car. It was in good condition for its age. It came with a 12mths MOT, set at a reasonable and fair price. Just what I/we wanted. I found the proprietor, Tim, to be friendly, polite and chatty while not being too pushy. I would highly recommend Chepstow Trade Centre and will use them again in the future.

Approachable, knowledgeable, helpful & efficient. Rob was very kind & patient with an OAP ! The Citroen C1 was immaculate when I picked it up, complete with a new MOT & service. My 16-year old car was taken in part exchange despite not being in great condition.All the paperwork was dealt with including DVLA notifications & taxation. Rob made the experience very much easier than I had anticipated. Could thoroughly recommend him.

I recently purchased a Citroën from Chepstow Trade Centre Ltd, and I had a great experience. When I first rang to enquire about the car, Rob was very helpful and gave me all the information I needed. He invited me to come and take a look, and when my boyfriend and I arrived, there was absolutely no pressure. Rob handed me the keys and let us take our time, which I really appreciated as it made me feel comfortable.
The car was in pristine condition, and Rob was excellent in handling the sale and going through finance options. They even gave the car a fresh MOT and service before purchase, replacing a tyre at no extra cost! Overall, the service was fantastic, and I’d highly recommend Chepstow Trade Centre Ltd for anyone looking for a smooth and stress-free car buying experience!

Bought a 320d from Chepstow Trade Centre from their site in Ponthir. Delt witth Rob who was decent in the sale and not pushy at all. There was an issue after purchasing the car and realised that an optional extra that was advertised wasn't actually on the car. Between Rob and Mark they were fair and gave me a refund for this as a good will gesture. Couldn't say fairer than that. They gave me the time and even with the issue Rob didn't hurry me and was happy spending the time to resolve the issue. Fair, reasonable, slightly overpriced in all honesty but I was happy paying for what I did. Overall, a fairly good experience. Just make sure you do your homework and know exactly what your buying, just like buying from anyone.

Picked up my new car today and I can’t thank Mark and Rob enough for all their help. Fantastic service, friendly, no pressure sales! Would highly recommend.

At 1st I did give these guys a good rating, HOWEVER. since then, which has been around 3 months, the supposedly fault free car they sold me has turned into anything but & the report I've now have had done on the car shows they deliberately removed codes from ECU while not fixing the issue then said nothing to me on purchase, when this issue 1st happened they simply said not our problem its now with warranty company, & it turns out their not worth a penny of anyone's money because all they do is look for reasons why they won't accept a claim even though this IS covered according to the paperwork. & guess who's left picking every bill now. I simply won't buy a car from them again & if u do, get the car checked independently whatever they tell u & whatever u do, don't waste your money on their extended warranty, because it will be wasted sadly. They seem like nice people there, turns out they're just like most dealers out there, can't believe a word they tell u,best to avoid them if u can.

Had been looking for a first car for my Son for months and came here on the basis of having read positive reviews. Well they weren’t wrong! Straightforward but friendly guys here who sold us a cracking car at a reasonable price and kept to their word with service/MOT/extended warranty. Car was spotless when we collected it and the valet they did was top notch. Had to call up last week re a piece of paperwork and they were still nothing but polite and helpful which further instilled confidence in our purchase. If you’re looking for a car then I wouldn’t hesitate to come here, we’ll be back in about two years for teenager no 2! Thanks guys.

Brought a car from em had issues with the car from day one took over a month to get it all done and when I got my car back I had a old newspaper left in the the passenger door and the boot and parcel shelf was dirty where someone had been using my car and it was supposed to be valeted

Emailed about fiance and then emailed again would of been nice to get a email back even if it said your not eligible for it bit nothing bit rude really and no actually don't lie I have not been to see you and you have not told me you couldn't get it so don't lie about it iv been to your shop once about half a year ago to look around and you haven't text my phone last email I had from you was say about valeting which clearly was meant for someone else so like I say don't lie
