A great experience from the start. I have just bought my first car from Benmarks and Ash was calm, patient and informative from the first viewing and test drive through to completion. Perfect Example of a 20 yo Car
I was on the hunt for a particular car: 2 litre Subaru Impreza blobeye, and one with minimal rust. I narrowed on Benmarks because they had a video of the car's underside and knew this was the one. When I arrived, Ash picked me up from the train station and I drove the car back. It was exactly as described: a 21 year old car with almost no rust, minimal chips on the paint and mechanically sound (which I can attest because I drove it 400 miles home). I would highly recommend Benmarks for buying a second-hand car, my experience was perfect.

The guys here at benmarks are brilliant…
The guys here at benmarks are brilliant and very professional. When I went to pick up my car they were very helpful and didn't force me into anything I didn't agree with. Will recommend, maybe one day I'll be able to upgrade to the sexy focus RS they have 😁

Delivered an outstanding experience from start to finish. The team was professional, approachable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right car rather than pushing a sale. They took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free.
The vehicle itself was exactly as described well-presented, great condition, and competitively priced. I also really appreciated the transparency throughout, with no hidden surprises or pressure at any stage.

I travelled quite a distance to visit Benmarks Motors after seeing a vehicle advertised online. Unfortunately, the car wasn’t in the condition I expected based on the listing. There were a few issues that should have been clearly mentioned beforehand. While the staff were polite, the whole experience felt a bit misleading and wasted a lot of my time.

Buying from Benmarks Motors was more stressful than I expected. The sales process felt rushed and I didn’t feel like I had enough time to properly inspect the vehicle. After a few days of driving, I noticed a mechanical issue that should have been checked before the sale. When I contacted them about it, the response was slow and not very helpful. I really expected better after-sales support.

Very honest and friendly people
Very honest and friendly people. Did not try the hard sell and where completely honest about the condition of the vehicle. They noticed a fault with the vehicle which I missed, they informed me and arranged and paid for the repair. Would have no trouble reccommending them to all.

Recently bought a BMW M240I from here, Mark was incredible from start to finish was very fair on the price and was not pushy at all ! Had no issues driving over 3 hours to deliver the car. Car was in mint condition arriving aswell , Would 100% recommend to anyone wanting to buy a car!!
