Friendly staff, and quick response, not pushy at all. deposit put down on the Wednesday collected cat Friday.
Engine management light came on as soon as I turned it on; however was in touch with their mechanic by lunch the next day and had a visit on the Sunday.
Car now awaiting 1 more sensor change(due to waiting on manufacturer for shipment) but very speedy and very pleased.

Recently purchased from Chepstow Trade Centre, what a lovely company to deal with. From start to finish, they were friendly and professional and I can highly recommend this business.

Brought this car from this dealership, asked him many questions about the car that he agreed on been done with the car, I get it and I check over, I get a professional to check over it & MOT at main dealership only to find it has many faults with the car, cabin filter needed doing, brake discs & pads are corroded, gearbox needs servicing, belt needs doing, rims “apparently” got refurbished, spoiler is loose, seal around the windows are broke, left side skirt is popped out, missing emblem on the engine bay, also doesn’t help the fact he’s been ragging out around for how long doing gods knows damage to the car and last but not least the pulley is gone

I bought a car with Chepstow trade centre and couldn’t be happier. Yes I bought it in January so it’s been a few months but the reason being to make sure all was good with the car. I cannot fault the vehicle and certainly cannot fault the staff, they went above and beyond for us. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
I would certainly recommend this garage and I will definitely return to buy another vehicle from them as they were honest guys and that’s what I want when buying a vehicle. I had a problem with the brakes, took it back a week later, straight away new brake pads and disc’s replaced and vehicle delivered back to my door. Can’t fault the service. Also had a 2 year warranty with it.
Keep up with your honesty guys, it goes a long way with customers…

Even though l didn't end up buying the car l was interested in at CTC (a different spec model became available at another dealer and was available for collection immediately) I would recommend this dealership. Tim is a man of his word and refunded me my deposit despite me pulling out of the purchase. Dealing with Tim and his partner Mark was quite refreshing in this day and age as they were not pushy like some car sales people are. Tim was honest about what needed to be done to the vehicle (a minor fix but needed to be done by a main dealer specialist) and explained it wouldn't be ready for immediate test drive or collection. If my work commute situation was different l would have waited and taken the vehicle as it was very reasonably priced and a lovely car.

Anyway, these guys do business properly and operate with honesty and integrity and I would have no hesitation buying from them in the future.

The chaps at Chepstow Trade Centre were extremely friendly and helpful with choosing my daughter's first car.
There was no pressure to make a decision, but my daughter did like one car, which they advised us to test it first, which we did and she was happy with it.
We decided to have it and agreed on the cost and we were given a 12 month warranty and an extra key as part of the deal.
When we picked up the car it was serviced (with new brakes and tyres as they were quite worn), Fresh MoT, Valeted and even a bunch of flowers on the passenger seat.
So after 3 days of ownership she is very happy with her car.
