Recently bought a car from Mark, he was absolutely amazing, easy to talk to and explained everything to me thoroughly, really nice guy and very professional. So happy with the car i purchased and the experience that came with it.

My daughter purchased a car on 31st March 2025 with a month's warranty and extra warranty just to be on safe side, which was not worth the paper it was written on. To date my daughter has spent nearly £500 on different repairs on the car. I know the cars are used but it still cost over £3000. Be careful in what you buy as the after sales support is non existent.

Recently bought a new car from Mark and Tim at Chepstow Trade, and they made the process from start to finish, easy and enjoyable. Would happily buy another car from these in the future!

Avoid this place at all costs. I bought a car here and within a week it was riddled with electronic faults. Their response? “Leave it with us for a week”—and then do absolutely nothing. No fixes, no updates, just empty promises and wasted time.

Four months in, the ABS sensor needed replacing. When my mechanic got underneath the vehicle, he found the underside was in a disgraceful state—severely rusted, dangerously worn. It would never pass a legitimate MOT. Yet somehow, it had a squeaky-clean certificate issued by the MOT garage conveniently located next door. You can draw your own conclusions about that arrangement.

Before I could even sort the ABS issue, I had to replace the exhaust, suspension, and several other components just to make the car roadworthy. This was not a minor oversight—it was a blatant misrepresentation of the vehicle’s condition.

I've chased them relentlessly via email and phone. No solutions, no responsibility—just deflection and silence. Their claim about “high standards” is pure fiction. Once they’ve got your money, you’re on your own.

Dishonest, irresponsible, and utterly unprofessional. I wouldn't trust them to sell a bicycle, let alone a car.

I bought it around november 2023, my lawyer has called several times to sort it out and you have not been cooperative at all.

So don't want to pretend anything now on social media, I will not rest until you pay for all the damage you have done to me.

If you want to sue me Tim do it, maybe that way we can speed up the process.

Highly Recommend Tim & Team!! Messaged them on the Saturday evening to look at the vehicle Sunday, Tim handed me over the keys to look at the car no pressure and no fuss either. He's called me 2 days later to say my car is really to be collected with MOT & service done. Outstanding service couldn't recommend more , i was stressing about it all but Tim made it so easy and sorted it all within 20 mins of being there. Thankyou

I went from Bristol to this garage to look at a car which I brought Tim was very helpful the car was ready for me to test drive when I got there was very helpful would recommend anyone to this garage

Came across Chepstow trade center by chance, need a quick car to tie us over while our main car is off the road. Over the phone we were given a lot of info about the car, decided to go see it and we were not disappointed. Car was exactly what had to been told to us over the phone, my husband was able to look all over and underneath and then test drive it. Extremely helpful and friendly service, both the guys were on hand to help but didn’t feel badgered at any point. We felt we got exactly what was said on the tin. Would definitely recommend and use again in the future. Super happy with our purchase ☺️

They ware good. Car is how it is expected. We bought online without inspection or test drive. Car has been delivered to door promptly. 4* as it could have been a bit faster and could have been more update info. Other than that it was pleasant experience to buy our first car.

Services is top notch very friendly and helpful and Tim shown me everything about the car before I drove off Thank you very much Tim I love my car is run very smootj and I’m glad I found you . Will recommend to anyone

Great experience buying a car from here on the weekend. Attentive, friendly, and bespoke tailored approach from Mark and the team. My first time buying from a trade centre and I'll be back. I was particular impressed with the breaking down of the process and how I could be supported, initially at the buying stage and throughout the after care service. Cant recommend this place enough. Rob was absolutely fantastic he was very helpful and friendly.

Excellent service through our purchase of a used Citroen DS3 today . Servicing including renewal of brake discs and pads all round ,then full service with new MOT. Rob was very helpful and explained each stage we subscribed to the extended warranty 12+6 months in addition to the 30 day offer they grant. Honest and professional , I would recommend this auto sales given this experience, thanks Rob . So far so good .
