The apartment was clean and well…
The apartment was clean and well appointed offering us all we needed for our stay. It is perfect to use as a base for 1 or 2 people, but it might feel small for anyone looking to spend longer periods of their day/ for hanging out in the apartment. The air con was certainly a benefit during our August stay. Checkmyguest were efficient and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay!
We had the most wonderful experience here. Communication was easy and our stay was fantastic! We were fortunate to be in a location where there was so much around us.
First, we felt save because there was a door from the main road to unlock before you could get to our bnbs door!
Back to the amenities around us- a record store directly across the streeet, amazing pizza place a few doors down from the record store, a grocery store or two a short walk away, a cafe, and so much more!!
Now, the actual room- it was clean and so spacious! We watched a couple movies together as a family in the living room, we utilized the big dining room table, appliances were all available in the kitchen including larger ones like microwave small fridge, oven and stove top, and a washer for clothing! The beds were both comfortable, no a/c but there were plenty of fans around the place that kept us cool! We’ve been living in Europe a few years so the no a/c was not shocking for us- it was comfortable!
I would absolutely choose and recommend this place!!
Hosts were kind and prompt with information!
To travel, airbnbs are always the most comfortable, spacious, affordable, and practical way to go’ plus, you aren’t putting money into billion dollar companies!

2h06 du matin. Voilà l’heure à laquelle Checkmyguest fait encore des livraisons dans une boutique du 2ᵉ arrondissement.
Malgré plusieurs avertissements et des mains courantes, les nuisances continuent. Aucun respect pour les riverains, aucune remise en question, seulement de l’arrogance et du mépris.
Visiblement, il faut aller plus loin : demain, une plainte sera déposée au commissariat.
Un comportement tout simplement inadmissible.

Appartement loué inaccessible, aucun support
Appartement loué pour deux jours à Cannes (7 septembre 2026, Ref: 1F NZ 8G DX) mais inaccessible, car la plateforme de check‑in en ligne (CheckMyGuest, sous‑traitant de Bellvilla) était en panne et qui plante à l'étape d'envoi de photo.
Le contact fourni dans le voucher était totalement indisponible : ni par téléphone, ni par email.
Résultat : nous avons dû réserver en catastrophe un hôtel disponible à la dernière minute, pour près de 380 € supplémentaires.
Manque de sérieux, absence totale de service client et gestion déplorable.
D’après mon expérience, les logements Bellvilla et ceux gérés par CheckMyGuest sont à éviter.
Update: Après la réponse ici "Après vérification, notre équipe a déjà pris contact avec vous et a répondu à votre demande par e-mail", je peux vous assurer que je n'ai pas reçu d'emails de la part de CheckMyGuest, et que Bellvilla s'est retracté après avoir promis initialement de compenser la perte.

El apartamento está muy bien cuidado, limpio, tiene todo lo que necesitamos.
Buena ubicación y un barrio con mucho comercio a todas horas. Parada de metro muy cerca.
La atención con el personal, por ser sorda fue excelente. Comunicación por WhatsApp, cosa que se agradece muchísimo.
