Pleasant and clean, excellent stay.

I stayed in the flat 17 rue de Javel, Paris 15 from the 25th Feb to the 1st March 2026. The flat was dirty, cold and under equipped. We called check my guest which manages the flat and they sent staff twice. Once to clean and the other time to sort out the heating. The staff came with their dirty boots and full helmet on , straight off their scooters. The day after the staff came I found a bed bug in my bed !!! A bed bug !! Whether it was there all along or came with the staff I don’t know but considering the poor state of the flat I think it was there before the staff. That night none of us could sleep. We had to take our luggage’s and laundry to the laundrette and check ourselves . I had red spots and my niece who was pregnant was very stressed. We left the flat, complained to Airbnb and check my guest but check my guest uses a very dirty technique that prevents you from putting a review on Airbnb, they cancell you reservation and eradicate all trace of you being in the flat. Check Reddit and you will find many people who had the same done to them. I asked for a refund but nothing has happened. They also managed to convince Trust Pilot not to publish my review back in March but I have email confirmation, bank statement , photos, WhatsApp chat everything so this will be emailed to Trust Pilot who I hope will do their job and leave my review so no one else has to deal with this terrible company and the flats they “manage” . I also have screen shots of all the conversation I have with you and also with Airbnb. People should know that is you let Airbnb know that there are bed bugs in the flat you stay , you can NOT move to another Airbnb for weeks because of fear of contamination ! Your tactics to prevent people from leaving reviews should be reported. But this time I have spent time getting all the bank statement, conversations and so m you can not escape your responsability. Vous savez très bien que nous étions à Paris car un membre de notre famille était entre la vie et la mort.l état pitoyable de l appartement était inconvénient mais vus l’urgence et le contexte nous sommes passés outre. Nous avons prolongé d’une nuit car nous avons passé cette nuit et celle précédente d’ailleurs à l’hôpital - ce que nous pouvons prouver. L appartement nous était pratique pour laisser nos valises . Par contre la dernière nuit nous avons dormi à m appartement et découvert des punaises de lit. Vous avez les photos et vidéos que nous vous avons envoyées. Cette nuit fut catastrophique. Nous avons dû amener notre linge à la launderette en plein milieu de la nuit. Mon fils lui était déjà parti et il a dû jeter sa valise avec ses vêtements pour ne pas contaminer son appartement quant à moi j ai été piquée et je vous ai envoyé les photos . Dès que nous avons vu le problème nous l avons reporté à air bnb et vos services et d ailleurs la première réaction a été de nous dire que ce problème avait été signalé avant et que les punaises devaient être déjà là . Vous avez ensuite rétracté cette déclaration !!! J ai conservé l intégralité des échanges ainsi que les photos. Et j invite les lecteurs à regardé les revues Google pour les voir . Je réserve le droit de vous reporter aux services hygiène de la ville de Paris ainsi qu’auprès des autorités compétentes pour dénoncer vos pratiques qui consistent à empêcher les clients de publier leurs avis en annulant leur réservation même si celle si a été «  consommée « . Ceci est un délit car il est essentiel que les futurs voyageurs puissent être informés de problèmes sanitaires de la sorte. Je ne vous laisserai pas dénaturer la réalité et instrumentaliser ma situation familiale. Je vous offre l’opportunité de réparer mais je suis aussi tout à fait prête à prendre un recours legal

The hosts were lovely and very accommodating, always checking if we needed anything and were easily reachable for any support! The accommodation itself was stunning, had everything you needed with a very transportable location. We stayed here for my birthday trip and all was perfect!

Very clean and well equipped, stones throw away from tram and metro stops, can walk to the centre very easily.

Experience was great. The location was, as advertised, in a great part of the city, walking distance to the port, parking, restaurants and stores. Booking procedure was safe and straightforward and so was checkout. Communication was timely, very responsive. The place was very clean, well kept, spacious for a family of four. The kids loved it. We loved it and would highly recommend it.

Check my guest made it so easy to get into our apartment and was so easy to contact.

Everything was perfect with my stay and all the great attention given by all the contacts at checkmyguest. I felt very well taken care of from the initial booking through to my check out. Highly recommend!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut, wie auf den Bildern. Man ist in einem Innenhof und fühlt sich so sicher und es ist ruhig.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Die Wohnung ist außerdem gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts.

Zudem hat man einen persönlichen Ansprechpartner an den man sich wenden kann.

Ich würde die Unterkunft wieder buchen.

This apartment was a wonderful location for first time visitors to Paris - we could walk to many of the places we wished to see and had easy access to the subway for everything else. The apartment was clean, spacious and exactly as it appeared in the pictures, and the communication from the host was excellent. On the downside, the elevator would not open on the correct floor so you had to travel to the floor above and walk down. We would recommend this apartment to others.
