I had a previous call to check on some appointments for my elderly mother for what ever reason the First Lady hung up on me. Second call up stepped Tayyibah who I must say was exceptionally professional and went above and beyond to help me, many thanks

Had a photography appointment at CHEC dermatology. Quick to get appointment through the app . everything explained during the appointment . I was in and out within 10 minutes . Absolutely amazed that this was done under the NHS . Looking at the previous reviews I was expecting a bad service but it was the opposite. Everyone was nice and professional. I have had to callCHEC several times because my initial prescription for a dermatology skin treatment for Bowmans disease kept being prescribed one box of 12 sachets at a time when I required 30 sachets to complete the course prescribed by the consultant . Every one I spoke to was friendly and helpful and helped sort this issue out on each occasion Grat customer service

As wasted a month going to an appointment that had not been reported properly thank you hopefully this will be prompt now

Call handler couldn’t have been more helpful. Managed ro find me an appt in my preferred location within a month and apologised for the problems i encountered (and why) when i tried to navigate the system.
