What a lovely helpful lady, I'd missed an Opthalmic appointment and was concerned I'd have problems getting back on the list. Not at all, couldn't have been more helpful and considerate to my needs.

Thanks Emma for the telephone conversation today, the booking process was very efficient and was explained in full detail, along with the leaflet sent afterwards.

Although the line was busy I got a call back within about 5 minutes. I spoke to Angela Turner who was very efficient and quickly sorted my husband out with one appointment within a couple of weeks. This appointment was where we wished to go but also was for eye diagnostics followed by an appointment with the Consultant immediately after the scans etc. This saves us returning for the results. Very pleased with the service received and would certainly recommend the Chec clinic.

They proactively contact you to arrange appts and then keep you reminded of when those are. Always professional testing and treatment. Can't fault them really!

Recognition of Outstanding Customer Service – Lauren Buckley

Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to take a moment to recognise your staff member, Lauren Buckley, who has gone above and beyond in the service she has provided to me.
Lauren has shown exceptional consideration, compassion and commitment in helping to arrange my appointment before I begin chemotherapy treatment, which is expected to leave me incapacitated at times and my immune system vulnerable for a number of months.
Even when the clinic itself advised that there was little they could do because my appointment was not considered urgent, Lauren continued to explore the options available and worked hard to find the best possible solution for me. Her determination to help, understanding of my circumstances and willingness to go the extra mile have genuinely meant a great deal to me during what is already a very difficult time.
In my professional life, I work as an Operations and Customer Service Manager, and I know first-hand how valuable employees like Lauren are to any organisation. She is a credit to your business and a wonderful example of what outstanding customer service should look like.
I would be grateful if you could pass on my sincere thanks and appreciation to Lauren. Furthermore, if there is an opportunity for you, as her employer, to formally recognise her care, compassion and dedication, I would be delighted to know that her efforts have been acknowledged. I would just like to say what a first class service Chec in Preston bring to there patients. I have had updated phone calls of a lady by the name of Rebecca Wilson. As I have other appointments due to hospital visits. Plus I have been away on holiday. Rebecca did her upmost to be of help and I will be visiting the eye clinic next week for surgery. To begin with I had been given a phone appointment and then it was cancelled . Mike , a man who works for your company - totally turned my experience from negative to positive.
He located me appointments , quickly and efficiently and even called me to explain everything and sent me texts with all the relevant information.

Tayyibah that took our call today made this call experience an amazing one, by providing information and solutions to our queries. A very positive attitude and topclass customer service.

The agent was very polite and spotted the issue where my consultation outcome had not been sent to my GP.
This has now been rectified.
Nothing to do with the agent but I did hang on for 25 mins before my call was answered.

My experience was superb. I spoke to Nicola on all occasions. Nicola was so professional, she followed up all our conversations with a return call and not once let me down. I can’t thank her enough she is an asset to your team thank you.

I was very pleased to receive a call from a very pleasant lady called Robin Inglis to ask me if I wished to bring my appointment forward to the following day as they had a cancellation. I agreed but wasn’t sure of transport arrangements so she booked me in and said she would keep my original appointment open and to let them know when sorted. Lovely polite and friendly lady.
